“Amazing place - it seems shut down I just drove through . I think I could’ve got off and walked around. There’s a gazillion giant greenhouses there still that looked kind of abandoned. “Good experience overall. In line with other 5 star hotels although I understand why some folks are complaining. Service was okay, not 'wow'. We did an anniversary getaway between Christmas & new year. Overall pleasant. (relevant for Amex card holders) My only complaint is they didn't properly apply my Plat credits for one of our breakfasts so we got overcharged a little over $100. I called the hotel to fix, charge was reverted but then posted again. Not worth the hassle at this point for me but I'd recommend you keep an eye out at checkout.”
