“It's hard to find a good mechanic these days and I'm lucky enough to live in Amador County where we have I feel two of the best mechanics I've ever come across I'm 65 years old and have used mechanics my whole life especially now that I'm getting older and I don't feel like renting on my own vehicle both mechanics buy their gas from the Quick Serve on Highway 49 and 88 it is always reasonably priced and a good quality gas I've never had problems in the last 10 years of patronizing this location I have had problems with the gas at several other locations in this County and you will find that their price is probably if not the lowest one of the lowest we seen a 25 mile radius so if you're going through Jackson on any sort of road trip it would be wise to stop there at Quick Serve on highway 88 and 49 and top off your vehicle save a little money and get a quality product just my opinion.”

“Happened across the Safeway Gas station when coming early into the area for an event. Down 3/4 of a tank so filled up as I could use my reward point. Almost like found money in an old coat pocket. Clean, good condition (likely not old), and super accessible by the busy road.”

“Fantastic pit stop. Well lit, pumps open 24 hrs. Microwave (and they sell frozen and premade meals), bathrooms, picnic benches all available and cleaned regularly. They have both a car wash and an RV wash (height limit 12 ft 8 in). Christmas lights are fantastic in winter time.”

“The hot food is always fresh (has about a two hour window on the sticker)and the food and drink areas are always super tidy. The employees are always chipper. Honestly it's better and cheaper than some fast food places.”
