“I was calling to get a Lexus GS350 headlight light bulb, and it cost $129.99 + tax! So, I called AutoZone, and it was the same price. Although AutoZone didn't offer a 1-year warranty so I purchased from O'Reilly. It is expensive, and I hope it will last as long as the OEM one. Just make sure your file is on the computer database and keep the original receipt for the warranty. Great customer service!”

“We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”

“If you're looking for competent people that actually know what they're talking about, tywells is where you should go. not only do they help you here, they treat you like family and they are very capable at what they do. They're a machine shop in the back I can't even begin to tell you how many times I get parts from the manufacturer that are not right and tywells is able to modify them perfectly. I've had problems that I could not solve without these gentlemen 10/10 would recommend and it is the only parts store I will go to”
“The Assistant Manager Pat, was a huge help for me. I couldn't find out exactly what was wrong with my 2013 Prius and he was able to pinpoint the issue within 5 minutes. He even explained it to me in terms that I could understand because I am not very good with cars. I really appreciated that. He then let me know exactly what I needed to do to resolve the issue. They deserve a raise. The sierra and slover have had me waiting over a year for a call back from their store/district manager. Even corporate got on them and they still refused to help. Jio should be district manager, he has what it takes.”

“The workers are super kind, super helpful and are always more than happy to help you find your part regardless of whether you’re new to fixing cars or whether you’re a professional. Workers usually have a good knowledge when it comes to working on cars and they’re always glad to learn more.
The store itself is pretty much brand new and is next door to smart and final. It is very clean and anytime I need a part it’s usually in stock unless if it’s something off the wall that you need to order online anyway.
The parking lot could benefit from some shade like some trees or something but it’s not the end of the world.”

“Called the night before to see if they had my brakes in stock, the young man said they did. He put them on will call for me. I showed the next day. Jackie took the time to take care of the warranty swap. We didnt know the brakes were in will call so Jackie initially had a hard time locating but she never gave up and after a few minutes she found them. Excellent service by both. I rented the rear caliper tool. Tool worked perfectly. They team in the afternoon told me aboit a wiper sale this weekend. Looks like im buying wipers. Overall everyone was very helpful, professional and acted like they wanted to be there. Their Distinct Manager at the least should but them a Team lunch - they definitely deserve it!”
