“In an area with multiple other auto parts stores. Each is a short distance away from the other . The store is just south of the 5 way intersection .
Best part is that the prices in store were the same as online. The store attendant (forgot his name - short older Latin male) he was very nice and efficient.”

“I’ve read some of the bad reviews and I must confirm either they haven’t been to the place more often or they are just saying just to say. I’ve been to this O’Reilly’s multiple times and their workers always keep a good vibe and what makes them stand out for me compared to Autozone is the staff. They offer to help you if you need anything and plus they actually know their stuff and can help you out with whatever you need. As for Autozone I’ve been their multiple times too and they seem to be less sociable and their workers look like they don’t want to be there and would rather be somewhere else and it’s just a dull vibe there. Coming back to O’Reilly’s, I really love their service where you can borrow certain things and return them with your money back. The reason why this doesn’t get 5 stars is because I feel as though it’s missing something but I can’t get a handle on it. However, that doesn’t make this auto parts store necessarily bad as a matter of a fact I’d recommend it as your first choice go-to. Overall, I absolutely love this store, it’s local, it’s friendly, and very helpful and I’d 100% recommend to anybody who is looking for car parts, cleaners, and tools.”
“If you're looking for competent people that actually know what they're talking about, tywells is where you should go. not only do they help you here, they treat you like family and they are very capable at what they do. They're a machine shop in the back I can't even begin to tell you how many times I get parts from the manufacturer that are not right and tywells is able to modify them perfectly. I've had problems that I could not solve without these gentlemen 10/10 would recommend and it is the only parts store I will go to”

“Jio is the man! He helped me when the sierra and slover store refused. He's very professional and knows his stuff. Him and his employees like Angel actually go above and beyond when helping. They deserve a raise. The sierra and slover have had me waiting over a year for a call back from their store/district manager. Even corporate got on them and they still refused to help. Jio should be district manager, he has what it takes.”

“The workers are super kind, super helpful and are always more than happy to help you find your part regardless of whether you’re new to fixing cars or whether you’re a professional. Workers usually have a good knowledge when it comes to working on cars and they’re always glad to learn more.
The store itself is pretty much brand new and is next door to smart and final. It is very clean and anytime I need a part it’s usually in stock unless if it’s something off the wall that you need to order online anyway.
The parking lot could benefit from some shade like some trees or something but it’s not the end of the world.”

“We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”

“I want first thank Haden for her professionalism. What a great experience! First I had called your competitor down the street. I was told they had the ignition Coil pack and it would cost $112.00. When I got there they told me that I needed 4 and it would cost $502.00. I had the old part in hand by the way. I drove to Orileys on foothill in Rialto. Haden called to the counter right away and in 10 min I had my ignition coil for $112.00. You are now my go too parts store. Fantastic experience!!

“I have to right a wrong.this January Cruz, Alan, Danny, and Mary helped me out a ton. Alan and Cruz got me a part I needed to the store on Christmas Eve of all days being a big help at an important time. Danny has helped me multiple times. Super knowledgeable making sure I got all the help I needed when I had to change my alternator. Next day my battery is shot and Mary helped me get a replacement and th tools to change it.
I left this review for an a whole different store on accident but shout out to this team for helping right during the high time of the holidays. Thank you will be coming back again!”
