“I was under the impression that the store does senior citizen discount on Wednesday when I went in today Wednesday April 15 the cashier sort of rude said you do not do any discounts is this true cause I went to the other groc outlet and I get the discount as long as I spend 15 dollars otherwise this was the only problem with the store love the deals and cleanliness of the place.”

“My daughter and I shop Dollartree weekly! My top picks are McHenry ave at Leveland, and Carver Road! We are greeted when we walk through the door with smiles! The workers are actually happy to see us back each week! Managers John, and Joy are the best! They treat us with kindness and respect, and have become our friends! The store is clean, and well stocked. All team members are always working hard. Celeste at Carver road is the sweetest! Thank all of you for being amazing human beings! ❤️”

“Clean, big, and plenty to choose from. I like that this Dollar Tree has big bags of individual bags of pretzels for snacks for my kids. They have a big assortment of books and coloring books. They have a lot more of everything because it's such a big store. The customer service is wonderful and it's closer to me then the Oakdale Rd. location. Glad they opened this one.”

“Okay so... I was unpleasantly surprised that Dollar General is not a $1 only store, but it does have good prices. I went at night and was scared I might be in a bad area, but most of the customers were families with children or teenage girls. All the cashiers at the time were women so I felt safe there. Nice selection of stuff, including some tasty ice cream varieties like twinkies that you wouldn't expect to see at a mini mart. Clean, well stocked.”

“Ice creams are good and are cold and fresh they got the popular ice cream of fruits with other Japanese, korea and China snacks. They sell food like tacos, burgers, corn dogs, drinks etc. And even clothes, hats, backpacks, boots, I recommend to get the frozen candys they chewing and full of favor. “This is my Main hometown store that I’ve been coming here for years and years. I can honestly say, they carry low prices, have lots of items in stock and employees are helpful.Compared to the new big WM down the street, this is my go to store for quick items or to refill my fridge. Yes lines can get long but patience is what you need. Seems like people hate waiting in long lines and are the same “road rage drivers” swerving in an out of lanes causing accidents because “their time is more valuable and in a hurry” then YOURS. So don’t listen to a review if it starts with “I waited forever or long lines” cause that’s everywhere. If you hate waiting In long lines wherever you go, why don’t you apply for a job and be a next “cashier”. LolAnyways, friendly staff, low prices, have what I need, and yes a manager was able to give my my missing “garbage can lid” that I didn’t know the one I purchased didn’t come with one. I saw the same ones with lids on them and asked and he approved me to grab a “lid”. A.though it was free, I paid for it long ago without a lid …..Now that’s EXCELLENT SERVICE RIGHT THERE!”

He began to violently shake the empty bags and took his hand(s) putting them INSIDE THE EMPTY AND NON-EMPTY BAGS Assaulting them right in front of me as if to attempt to "DOMINATE ME AND MY BELONGINGS"... He did so with the very special and GODLY & LORDLY, DEAR GOD LETTER "Series" of baby/children's books as he intentionally bent them when they were near perfect prior to his INTENTIONAL MANHANDLING OF THEM. He looked perturbed, violent, angry, and hateful which is why I asked VERY POLITELY AND GENUINELY TO bag my own items in the "Brand New Dollar Tree Bags behind the counter". When I instructed him which is not unrealistic as I am the PAYING CONSUMER and he is the PAID EMPLOYEE there to provide "Service to those paying his "wage"; basically; it is what it is, I didn't make him work this evening, he was there & didn't even greet me as I made my way to the front of the register area after waiting my turn. He began to YELL OUTLOUD AT ME & Telling me " YOUR TOO MUCH!!!!!! YOUR TOO MUCH!!!!!! and other obscene words as if to INTIMIDATE ME WHICH HE DID PLUS HE HUMILIATED & EMBARRASSED & TRIED TO SHAME ME FOR NOT DOING WHATEVER HIS TWISTED SENSE OF SELF Wanted... He was Perverse... He didn't thank me for my business and I attached my receipt here where I purchased as a gift for my ever-helpful and ever-useful Mum, Dar T., Squalene, I understand it isn't all harvested from animals/mammals/or sharks/aquatic life and this one said it isn't tested on animals so I felt safe with the big Bunny Ears Bunny icon on the back of the bottles. I bought her 15 of them which is all I saw on the shelf as she prides herself in her "self-care regimens"; and now, these days, so do I which is why I purchased a case of 15 for myself last eve when I was here and Gio wasn't waiting on me; thank GOODNESS for that Upstairs in Heaven Blessing; thank you Lord for that gift! Whew! Still keeping this store at a 5-Star Rating as this is the first and I PRAY the LAST TIME GIO is allowed to RUN AMOK ASSAULTING INNOCENT NON-CONFRONTATIONAL PAYING & SHOPPING CONSUMERS with his HANDS AND HIS FOUL DIRTY FILTHY MOUTH! Tonight I spent $53.14 which is at least average for my weekly & at times daily shopping trips in to this location & I intentionally selected and have continued to select this location out of comfort, ease, vast array of items available for sale & the availability of a public restroom which does desperately need to be renovated & the mustiness, mold & mildew removed permanently... What a disappointment & I would like to PRESS CHARGES & HAVE an Esquirely, PROFESSIONALLY CRAFTED RESTRAINING ORDER PLACED AGAINST THIS INDIVIDUAL & against this man who posed as an employee ASAP so if there are any Contingency Esquires out there who are up to tackling this case please Private Message me on Yelp! here, ASAP. I ALSO ASKED HIM FOR A DUPLICATE PAPER RECEIPT AND HE said "NO, NO I cannot do that." “I'm only giving a five star review based on staff. I love going here because everyone that works there, without exception, are extremely kind, compassionate and outstanding human beings. This is not hyperbole whatsoever, but my true and honest feelings. When I first moved to this tiny Town the stuff at this particular store was extremely rude and just plain horrible. When employee tried to ban me from the store because I called him out for being so rude to me every time I came into the store. When I came back the next day to talk to the manager about what the young man had done the evening before, I found that they had let go the whole entire staff that was there and they had all been replaced. I don't know how they found this group of people that's there now but I hope none of them ever leave!”
