The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“I brought in my Lenovo laptop because the tip of the charging plug broke off inside the laptop charging port.I originally took it to another place but they couldn't get it out and said the charger port will need to be replaced.Thus I brought it over to the Glendale "ubreakifix" store and they were able to remove the broken piece in less than 5 minutes.Great customer service and will be my "go to" place if I have computer issues going forward.”

Super nice guy that is always there, he has fixed my iphone 13 pro camera under $100 and only charges $5 to replace my screen protector (i already have it, so for the service only) but still! compared to other places hes like half the price hes in a great location and i have a feeling if you are visiting out of town and something happens to your phone he could probably totally help you out a jam! his service is super speedy and hes like always open, he reminds me of the good old la days when businesses were super on point and loved their customers”
“My phone screen blacked out on me suddenly and I need to get my screen replaced ASAP. Thankfully, I was able to find this place and Erik helped fix the screen in under 15 minutes. He was very kind and fixed the phone quite well! I highly recommend this place if you need any phone repairs.”
“This store is way understaffed. When it takes two hours per customer, they need more than one person in the store. Store closed at 7:00 and the poor girl didn't get to me until 7:30 after a two hour wait. Fortunately, she figured out my charging issues in 15 minutes, but there was a customer behind me. Poor girl will probably be there and closing up alone until 10:00. Hope they don't get robbed again. I'm giving 4 stars because the girl was nice and fixed my problem. Would do one star if I was rating on the two hour wait. Please Verizon, the employee shouldn't be there that late alone. It's not safe. Do better. Hire another person. I don't want to see her on an episode of Dateline.”

“This place saved me. I went in for a cracked screen on my Android phone and he replaced it in a day. Threw in a free screen glass protector & phone magnet. Also charged me $10 for a super heavy duty case that goes for 4 times that on Amazon. I broke my phone screen last month ( I work with kids;) and the other place was slightly less but used a lower quality replacement screen and only sticky tape to attach it. Quality of work is top notch. Super friendly and explained the entire process to me. I'll be back for sure.”
