“I was having a hard time finding a place that would service my Samsung A14 5G a lot of places do not repair that. I had no issues it was easy no line less than 1 hour to get done. And in fact the gentleman showed me that he was going to be using original parts I never had to mention if I could see the parts he showed it to me without hesitation without even bringing it up and I think that is good customer service right there. “I bought my Wacom Intuos Pro at MacHollywood and loved my experience. The products are authentic, and this store offers very unique services as it’s not common to be able to test out Wacom products in store. I think it’s special that they offer the ability to rent equipment as well, though I haven’t needed to do so myself.
I came in wanting to test out a couple of drawing tablets and Patrick made sure they were all available to me, including opening up a new box for the floor model.
He was attentive but didn’t hover- I felt free to take my time testing out all the features. He asked questions to help ensure I got what I was looking for, but didn’t push any unnecessary or out of budget products. He’s knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry, which is great if you need any help making decisions on such important purchases.
The selection is fun to look at, they carry many accessories to ensure that you are set to start working on your tablet as soon as you take it home.
I’m really happy with the drawing tablet I bought. I was upgrading from a 2013 model, and though the experience working with the 2025 model is night and day as far as pressure sensitivity goes, my original Wacom is still fully functional as intended for the technical capabilities of 2013. I imagine that this new Wacom will last me for many years to come, and I appreciate MacHollywood for curating a selection of only quality options.
Patrick is really easy to get along with and creates a warm atmosphere to shop in. I will certainly be back when I need new accessories, I hope this place continues to do well for many decades to come.”

“Happy with my new iPhone 11 Pro 256GB (unlocked) purchase here. They were one of the only stores around selling new phones and had the model I wanted. The store is small but very professional-looking, clean. Price was cheaper than at the T-mobile store, which doesn't even have what I wanted in-stock. I like that he had the IMEI pulled on the internet to show me that it's clean. The phone was brand new, everything working great. Go here if you need a shop you can trust.”

“My phone fell in the toilet and I thought it was done. I took it to this shop near my home because I desperately needed advice before paying an arm and a leg for an insured replacement. They saved it! Then I dropped it in water again (don't judge!) a few months later and they saved it again! The third time, my screen cracked. They replaced it and since it was around the holidays they gave me a free screen protector! Recently my Mac was acting up so I tried this place again and sure enough they got it up and running. I am considering using him again to install my security cameras. Good service, reasonable prices and local!”
