“had such a great experience with Zulma! I was actually surprised to find out that she’s still new because her customer service was amazing. Even though she’s still learning the ropes and getting familiar with everything, she was so welcoming, patient, and attentive”

“Angel from the Valencia store was covering for the day at this location, I couldn't have had a better experience. He was so patient and thorough. Took me through all the options and I didn't feel pressured into making a higher price point decision. I stopped at another location before coming to this store. And was told I couldn't port my number, and the new client discount wouldn't apply to me. I was unhappy so I went somewhere else. Come to find the everything I was interested in was possible. I got the phone I wanted and ported my phone number. Its refreshing to meet someone that cares and goes the extra mile to make sure customers have a good experience. Thanks Angel! Michael C.”

“This location truly exceeds in customer service when compared to other Verizon stores in our area. Antoine, the store manager, kindly and patiently helped me with a billing and line issue that occurred while upgrading one of our phones. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around friendly guy. I’ll always go to this location moving forward.”
