“I recently recommended US Storage Centers in La Crescenta to my client, who needed a reliable and convenient place to store his belongings while we work on selling his home. From the beginning, the team was professional, helpful, and made the process easy.
I’m always careful about the vendors and services I recommend to my clients, and I’m glad I was able to connect him with a storage facility that I feel confident recommending. Great customer service and a convenient location. Highly recommend US Storage Centers in La Crescenta!”

“Getting storage setup with Imani was an absolute delight. They walked us through options, and got us all set up and ready to go. Appreciate people with great people skills and professionalism like Imani.”
“Nice storage place. I rented an outdoor space to keep my Wave Runners a few months ago and I’ve had zero issues. They have 24 hours surveillance of the property, which is great. Facilities are very clean. Keypad to enter at the gate to get in. I don’t know about the indoor spaces as I’ve never rented one, but this is a well run storage space. Ed is always very eager to help and a really nice guy. Recommend!”
“I had a easy move in process Chris assisted me through viewing the unit and answering all my question to the actual move would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage”
“honestly one of the best places Ive been to in a while. from the second you walk in the person at the front desk was just so nice and helpful and actually seemed to care about what I needed. the space itself is clean and well laid out which matters a LOT for storage you know. felt totally safe leaving my stuff there which is honestly half the battle. Definitely planning on coming back when I need to stash more things. This is the kind of spot that makes you rethink using a random garage or something.”
“Shawnee and Lawerence were both very helpful. Shawnee helped me get the app on my phone. Wow! So nice not to have to punch all those numbers and symbols in. 👍🏻”
“Fantastic! We’ve had a unit here for years. We recently visited the unit and found debris all over our stuff. We brought it to the attention of the manager Ismael and he was super helpful. He had us move to another (CHEAPER!) unit the next day. No muss no fuss. Thank you!!”
“The service here is exceptional, Melissa helped make my first storage experience an easy and fast one. I was hesitant about using storage but after seeing the place and meeting the staff I feel confident on where I am storing my belongings.”
“I have been a customer at this Public Storage location for the past two years, and I honestly haven’t had a single bad experience. The facility has consistently been clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are stored in a safe environment.
I especially want to recognize Sipi for her exceptional customer service. She is always helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she has taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure all my concerns were addressed. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude truly stand out.
After two years of being a customer, I can confidently say this location deserves five stars. The excellent service, well-kept facility, and positive experiences I’ve had throughout the years are the reasons I continue to choose Public Storage. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a dependable storage facility with outstanding customer care.”
“Just moved out after using this storage place for a while, overall a great experience. Gary and Milton were awesome to work with, super easy and helpful. Location's convenient too, plus there's a coffee hut right outside which was a nice bonus. Place was always clean, and move-in/move-out were both a breeze. Would recommend!”
“Love all the artwork around the whole facility, even though the elevator is down the manager showed me the quickest way to my unit and love that they have carts on the second floor.”

“Such a great experience with Mario. Literally made my day and my move so stress free and fabulous. Such an asset . The woman down the street at the other public storage was so rude I just walked out. I happened to see this storage as I was leaving and Mario was a God send ! I have used the other storage many times before, but I will always come here first. I appreciate the customer service, great energy, and class of Mario.”
“I am a new renter at ExtraSpace storage. I had the privilege of speaking with Jocelyn. She was very professional very nice answered all my questions. She helped me with the app. She explained everything thoroughly from how to get in and out the gate from how to get to my unit about the locks about paying about increases. She didn’t leave anything out. I really appreciate that she was full of smiles and patience and their hours are absolutely extraordinary that makes it worth the price and it’s super close to my home so happy to have a new storage I plan on being here for years thanks again Jocelyn and also India at the call center. So far renting with extra space storage has been exceptional. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was like none I’ve experienced in a while in a good way.”

“Ref is super helpful and flexible with making arrangements, Alex is accommodating, and the place is quite affordable. Elevator worked for us, but seems like it is down sometimes. We were repeatedly cautioned to close the door gently. Seems like it could use a little improvement.”
“Really glad I found this place when I needed storage fast. The front desk guy was super friendly and helped me get a unit in like 10 minutes with no hassle. Clean building, felt safe parking my stuff in there, price is what youd expect for Burbank I guess. Only thing is they close a little earlier than I'd like on weekends so its definately something to plan around”

“Great service, friendly staff, especially Robert, which was very friendly funny and just a nice guy in general plus Professional and caring. Makes you not care about going a couple of extra miles out of your way to Store your properties there then somewhere closer, For sure will recommend others about this specific location I have used other locations before under the same umbrella, but I prefer to drive a couple of extra miles and store at that location For the Helpful & friendly staff!”
