126 W La Habra Blvd, La Habra“If you live in the Whittier, La Habra, La Mirada, or Fullerton area I totally recommend going to this AT&T store. They have impeccable customer service. I had a bad experience at the Whittier Whittwood AT&T store and left and went to the La Habra store in hopes that they would change my mind in my decision of switching from T-Mobile to AT&T. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Bishoy greeted us as soon as we walked in. Extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I expressed to him that I was feeling like we had made the wrong decision in switching mobile carriers due to the Whittier store. He made our experience quite pleasant. For any of my mobile needs I will be sure to go to the La Habra store. The store manager was also helpful and the rest of the staff there seemed just as nice and professional. The customers there also looked happy and satisfied with their service. Bishoy even escorted us out of the store when we were done, gave us his card, and assured us that if there was anything we needed not to hesitate to visit again and they would take care of us. We are now satisfied new AT&T customers. Thank you Bishoy and the staff at the La Habra store for being awesome!”

“So there really four reviews in one here. I go to the store of course but I would also review the gas station, the cafe and the tire shop as though they were separate items. That is not available now so here is my attempt. STORE: ***** Someone mentioned that they like Sam's more than Costco and I wasn't sure until the ability to Scan and Pay. I love that feature so when the wife or someone wants something, like alcohol, where you have to get in line I will only do it when there are no long lines. The products are great so no problems with that here. Oh, and I love that I can add my card to my Apple Wallet. GAS STATION: **** The lines are always shorter here and typically the same price as Costco but this location has no ability for long lines like Costco does so you don't typ get the long lines, when you do; drive away. Also, I have not figured out how to buy gas using the app.CAFE: *** This is a love hate relationship. I love the cafe and their offerings but it just seems that they never have enough staff and I think that makes them a little bitter or just not as friendly. Last week I was here and went to the cafe about 5 minutes to 7 PM and they had someone at the end of the line. I said, "its not 7" but she wasn't going to let me in. Next time you are here count how many people are working the cafe and then compare that to Costco, it will be about half. That's a management problem not a staff problem.TIRE SHOP: *** So I purchased my tires here in the past and a couple of months ago I purchased new tires [all 4] for my car. About two weeks ago I was in the IE and got a 2nd sensor reading that a tire was low. I didn't drive it all the way to La Habra where I purchased my tires and they were able to fix the problem; after a 3.1/2 hour wait. When I asked that store if they rotated the tires they said no to get an appointment for that. Damn I just waited 3.1/2 hours. But I did make an appointment for La Habra and took my car in. I was 1/2 hour early to my appointment because I was on the road and finished early. And then proceeded to wait 3 hours; yes 3 hours to get a rotation. The kid working the register was very apologetic when I went to check up after 2 hours and then again when I picked up my car. He was alone when I went at the 2 hour mark so there was nothing he could do. And there were two other clients trying to price tires so I knew he wasn't going to be touching my car for a while. Again, not a staff problem but a management problem.”

“I hope this review is for the correct location. Metro next to LaHabra HS. This location is AWESOME. Josh and Kathy know their stuff. They are friendly, courteous, and always go the extra mile for their customers. My family and I always go to this location and get excellent customer service. We get what we need and can always get the extra help if we are having an issue...which I recently did..not being as tech savvy as I should be. Josh and Kathy helped me with a new phone at a great price and helped me sync my watch, apps and contacts to my new phone. Which I love..by the way! They go out of their way to provide above and beyond customer service!!”
“Target has everything! I would recommend shopping here for clothes as the quality is good. Food wise- it is probably cheaper in Walmart or other places. Appliances are good when they got good deals! In all, the staff is great, place is always clean and the experience/ambience makes me come back. I always end up leaving Target with more than I wanted to get”
“This seems to be a 'flagship' store, it's massive (to me) and has EVERYTHING....The best part though, was Luis's patient and informative customer service - an absolute pleasure to do business with such a professional, caring Verizon sales rep....I was forced by APPLE to upgrade to an SE because Uber and other obligatory apps were/are no longer supported on the i6; out of the box, my i6 was only 4 years old, not 10, and it worked fine. Apple's corporate culture of unbridled greed is the ONLY reason I dropped $460 on a new cell...Anyway, in only 58 minutes tops, Luis answered allllll my many questions, explained the digital groove as it were clearly and carefully, and transferred my data to my new SE in 10 mins of those 58. This is a fine, young man with a bright future...He's been a proud Verizon employee for SEVEN years (!), and it shows. The dude knoooows alllllll things digital man.....Luis, you are a complete pro, and gracious to boot. I'll see you again, I'm sure....YOUR store ROCKS bro....”
“I know Walmart can get a bad rep sometimes but I just wanna pop on here and say this is the best location I've ever been too. Clean. Organized. Nicely stocked. Friendly employees. Great entertainment section. Cute clothes. Great prices! That's all I have to say”
“Although I can't remember the year we started using ABC Communications for our business, I do know our first ever transaction involved getting new pagers for our entire staff. Yes, pagers!!! When we eventually transitioned to cell phones, Art helped us every step of the way and has been upgrading our business and personal cell phones ever since. He is reliable, professional and has always provided amazing service in the most dire of circumstances. When I lost my phone in NYC, he overnighted me a new one. When a staffer's phone was stolen, the replacement was in our hands within an hour. All I have to do is give Art a call and he takes care of everything! He knows exactly what we need and is proactive in switching us to better plans or packages. His pricing is extremely reasonable for both new and refurbished phones and we've never had a single issue with auto or pre-paid billing. I'm embarrassed that it's taken me nearly 3 decades to write this review but I'm ready for a new phone and will be calling Art tomorrow. I'd encourage anyone to do the same.”
