“I love this Sam's, or Sam's club overall. Why you ask?? Well because they have self check outs and also the app that makes it so much easier to just grab your items and go. If you haven't got the app go get it! Plus they have the sushi place inside the club and they have delicious fresh rolls. The employees are really nice and on top of it, helping you if you are looking for a certain item and also their returns are so quick, but there are huge lines at times, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but overall great store. oooh the deli I forgot to say they also work with the app, so you can just order ahead and the food is ready and also have items on the side so you can grab and pay”
“The salad is delicious so I use it often.
It's cheap, the portions are generous, and the chicken breast tastes better than the Costco salad. bacon. tomato. Lettuce. cheese. Eggs and other foods are very nutritious. It's enough to feed 3 people for about $10.”
“Price was $4.85 when I went, but the lines were minimal for a Thursday after 5 p.m. which I'm not used to. Most times the lines are insane to get gas at a Sam's club, but this location is kind of hidden. Definitely worth it for the lack of a wait.”
“I called Costco Pharmacy in La Habra on Beach and imperial. I needed to get a price on my dogs antibiotics but Omar at the pharmacy said they did not have it. He said he will call my vet to see if he can get a verbal over the phone. He understands how important it is to start an antibiotic. I have called other pharmacies in the past and they always make me call my vet or go pick up a prescription and hand deliver it. They have never offered to call. Thank you Omar for going out of your way to help me. Envy and I truly appreciate you!”
“Needed a new battery. Sam’s Club was the least expensive for a quality battery. Nice and knowledgeable employees. There was no one at the desk, so we waited for someone to appear. It took a long time. When it was our turn, the employee was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He checked our old battery and showed us the options they had for a new one.
They told us that it would take 90 minutes, so we went to the food court. Our new battery was installed within 30 minutes. We were so happy.
While we were finishing the paperwork, I noticed that they also install windshield wipers, free. So, the tech came out to my vehicle with us and installed the windshield wipers I had recently purchased.
Before he finished, he looked at my tires. The radials were showing through on the front. This scared me. I so appreciate the efficiency of the employee who helped us.
I just wish they had an employee working at the check-in desk.”
“I usually find what I need. But the last 2 times I've gone, they have not had my favorite seaweed salad! Very disappointing! Love their salad, bread & vegetable variation. Chicken is usually pretty good. Also like their self checkout! Makes it faster than waiting in the regular lines. Their hotdogs ? and pizza ? are usually pretty good. Wish they would bring back the chopped onion
Better bring back my seaweed salad, otherwise I'm going to have to check Sam's Club!”
