“We recently received our Vispring Tiara Superb set with a Triton headboard (see pic right after delivery) from Vispring Luxury Mattress Store in San Diego and we love it. It is so comfortable and looks fantastic. Also I can't emphasize enough how great this store is and what a pleasure it is to work with Sam in particular. We had been to a few other stores, and his store stands out. His mattress knowledge is unparalleled and he keeps you smiling and laughing throughout the process. We strongly recommend you check out Sam's store if you are in the market for a luxury bed!”

“I was greeted by Gary as soon as I entered the store, and he directed me where to go. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and then let me choose a mattress without any pressure or trying to upsell me. The entire transaction was quick and easy and my new mattress will be delivered tomorrow. I will highly recommend Jerome's and Gary”

“I had a great experience at the Tempur-Pedic store thanks to Pablo. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy or trying to upsell me. He took the time to answer my questions, made the process easy, and had me checked out quickly once I made my decision. Customer service like this is hard to find. Pablo was professional, accommodating, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re visiting this store, I highly recommend asking for him!”

“I loved my Green mattress so much I ordered another the next day after the first one arrived. It was a nice firmness for me. I do not like to sink in and I feel good knowing there are no VOC, fiber glass or other gross stuff in the mattress. Jaden helped me with my order and he was prompt and courteous. Thanks Jaden!”
