Given our extenuating circumstances, we asked if that could be shortened. Nicki went to work, and spoke with responsible parties at IVY's in LA. Not only did the mattress get delivered in a much more timely manner but Nicki was astute enough to help bundle our pillow delivery with the mattress. We were exceedingly impressed with this one-of-a-kind higher end mattress retail store in light of their expertise and their outstanding customer service.”

He then made his recommendations based on our needs and had us check each one of his choices for us. He made this important and expensive purchase easy on us.
