I was looking to get a certificate of authentication from Switzerland AND get a bezel replacement done (but without servicing the watch, because that would mean the team would be removing one of the best collector features of the watch... the tritium cracked hands).I sent the watch in right before the Swiss Holidays and while I can't change the fact that sending something internationally takes a very long time to get back to you (we're talking potentially months), Belinda and team will do a great job of setting your expectations and updating you with quotes.You may not like what you hear when it comes to international service times... but Belinda and team definitely do ALL the communicating for you when it comes to speaking with the Panerai service teams in Switzerland. You can expect frequent emails / calls with updates regarding any questions you have along the service journey. They understand nuance and are great partners in making sure you get exactly (or as close to exactly) what you're looking for.Turns out the service and work I was getting done happened a lot faster than quoted, so I was a happy camper and had my watch back to me within 24 hours, delivered securely to my doorstep.I wouldn't think twice when it comes to these folks.
