“I love the produce and fruits!! A dozen large brown eggs are only $5.99. The bakery has my favorite baklava, bread, chocolate ball, pizza, and more yummy products. I also love the fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables. There's just so many great options in one store!!”
“Great prices on fresh veggies and they look nice. Russet potatoes ? 0.77/ lb, green beans $2.50/ lb. Check it out, with Thanksgiving next week. I bought onions and mixed salad greens. Ready to eat turkey, cranberry salad and turkey pot pie, yum ?.”
“Live their Flax milk! Hard to acquire elsewhere, AND they carry multiple versions. Almost as good as flax oil for the heart, certainly more bio available than just flax seed, lol!”
“Generally, on Monday during the late afternoon, the store is basically empty, and checkers are plentiful.
There are always shelves that remain somewhat empty, and many products are low in quantities available. Supply chain has not recovered since Covid, one reason Costco, 1. 5 miles away is so popular.
Pricing of items is high unless you belong to Albertson's digital coupon program. No, thank you!
Numerour self checkout lines are excellent for quick and efficient checkout.
The avality of above average alcohol selections was a nice surprise.”
“I drive across town to go to this liquor store. If you want something they don't have they will get it. Happy guy that works there is always smiling, friendly willing to go that extra mile. Ask for "Bronson".”
“I always find something to like about this store, and today is no different. Sushi Fridays, where selected rolls are marked down to $6, is a super deal for lunch or dinner, and the quality is right there with restaurants. Today, there was a new option - Triangle Bap. I've never had this before but have seen it on TV. It's a banana leaf filled with rice, fish (tuna or salmon), and kimchi. Wow! Their regular California Roll is also very good. I can't wait to see what else they will offer!”
“I am giving THE EMPLOYEE, JOYCELYN (?), THE FIVE STARS on 4/16/2024. She was kind, patient, and displayed a genuine attitude while taking care of us as the cashier. Our purchase took an unusual amount of time. It was imperative that we got it perfectly correct. She did not make us feel rushed or stupid while we tried to sort out the discrepancies. Simultaneously, she displayed a courteous attitude towards the other customers who were waiting in back of us in the line by offering them a priority place in the self-check out line. Her outstanding customer service took us by surprise because we knew that our purchases of SPECIFIC items was time consuming. We were very pleased with how we were handled with care by her.
UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot say the same for the overtly RUDE and INTRUSIVE security guard at the front. He appears to be African or from some other foreign place. Even though we have made purchases prior, he continues to UNNECESSARILY follow us throughout the store. He makes it abundantly clear that he is following us. He makes no qualms that we are his target. This particular evening, I warned him to not stalk us and make our shopping experience unpleasant or we were not going to shop there EVER AGAIN.”
“The young guy ( owners nephew) is very disrespectful and he tried to burn me a $ 20.00 bill after giving him a $50 bill and he short changed me until I noticed it while I was walking out of his uncles store! Because he saw that I was talking to someone and I was distracted and if he did it to me then... I can't imagine all the other times he burnt me for a lot of other bills that I gave him?!! He's a cheater, and yes of course, so his is his uncle because I have bought Kirkland orange juice at the Costco two for five dollars is 65 and he charges $66.06 dollars and tax for one Kirkland orange juice! This is horrible it is absolutely horrible that people take advantage of any one and everyone! He may think that I don't have much money because how I come in there!, But he has no idea I'll give very little change and many of times change change and I can tell by the way you give them money like this the way they think of you and treat you is absolutely horrible and I do this on purpose! I just wanted to see the stores that I temporary Lee live and how they treat the community and it's a goddamn shame. So remember Sam's market on University in Parks Avenue at that corner please don't go there! Dear Lord please help those that need help in their financial situation. And those of us that do try to help some of the community for people that are less unfortunate please please help dear Lord p.s. the owner is quite delightful and if I ever need anything, he always makes sure that the store Brandon supplies what I'd ask for! Although you have to remember, it's gonna cost you a little bit more than the regular store... But he's very good at helping his customers getting what they ask for”
“Lots of drink choices with decent prices! The cashier was super nice, letting us know about the single shots he had a special on which saved us almost $10 on our total cost! They carried some flavors of my favorites I've never seen, including an ice brewed coffee Jager shot (bonus that it was a double shot that was 2 for $3!!) and the BuzzBalls were the cheapest I've seen anywhere! When I'm the area again I will DEFINITELY go back!”
“This location is okay. The only issue is that their groceries etc are very limited. There is a neighborhood market across the street, but the whole good thing about walmart is not having to go to multiple stores.”
“The tall gentleman with blue eyes stationed at the meat department was very kind and helpful. I came in very late and he was cleaning but took time to talk to me about the different cuts and advice about how to build muscles eating protein. I came very late so some item ran but he helped me choose some delicious meat.”
“Based on my various experiences here, this Walmart is decent overall. Good selection of items. Customer service has been normally fine. No issues have occurred. Parking can sometimes be hard to find during peak hours. Would recommend.”
“This specific vons has a great bakery selection. There's a Vons closer to my home, yet if I need a quick last minute dessert for a birthday this is my go-to place. I've also ordered custom cakes with as little notice as two days. It's been a life saver for me.”
“I do like this Trader Joes. The service is always friendly and helpful, and for the most part, items are stocked.
The place inside I'd always clean and organized. I like the way they open new cashier lines during peek hours, or it happens to get busy all of a sudden.
The only drawback at this location is that the parking lot can be a pain when it is busy.”
