“Ramses, one of the workers there went ABOVE AND BEYOND in fixing a serious clerical error made by the Covina O'Reilly's Auto Parts that would have invalidated my $250 battery, but he called his manager, printed out another receipt with a better bar code a brand new battery and they even let me use their dolly to take the battery across the street. A+ for this store and Ramses.”

“Came on and bought a group 24 deep cycle for a dump trailer. Went home and battery was dead. Employee said they were closing so bring it back tomorrow. Brought it back and still needed to be charged. No discount, no credit for wasting my time and labor when I run a business. Well this replacement one lasted 2 year and it’s bad. Called and no prorations and 1 year warranty. Corporate reached out and told me to bring the battery to George at SFS location. While the battery wasn’t replaced for free (didn’t expect it), he did provide a significant price reduction which was supposedly at cost. Lesson learned, only speak to George as he is the one who can fix issues. I appreciate the help and did raise the review due to the business making an effort.”

“Staff here are very knowledgeable and willing to help.
A few weeks ago I took my car to a mechanic, who replaced the wrong part and my radiator blew right after I drove away. Then I got the radiator replaced, which cost a bit of money, and they didn't put the lower hose back on.
I took my car here to ask what the hose went to and they helped me fix it. It cost $17 plus tax to buy right pliers and they fixed it for me in the parking lot.
Come here to get reliable help for your car with minimal out of pocket.”

“This store is amazing because of Kaileen. She was knowledgeable, personable and really helpful! I came in for a turn signal bulb. I had no clue how to get the bulb out of the socket so I thought that I would ask Kaileen, and I assumed she would suggest some videos on YouTube. However, much to my surprise, she said that she was happy to assist. We went out to my car and she told me it wasn't my turn signal that needed to be replaced it was my brake light bulb. So back in the store, got the right part, and she installed it. I'm so thankful and impressed. O'Reilly's you just got a customer for life!”

“I bought one of their super start Extreme battery with a three-year warranty about ten months later my truck kept going into deep sleep mode despite recharging the battery, I brought it in and it tested good but showed it needed a charge, I told them I had already done so. they offered to swap it out with a new battery and extended the warranty. hopefully, this one lasts longer. but I am happy with their service.”

He changed out my battery, helped with a check engine diagnostic and genuinely seemed willing and happy to help me. Even in this horrible hot summer weather. I appreciated his hard work and effort to give me all the info I needed for my car, and most of all the kindness he gave. “Just wanna say that O’Reilly‘s on Ballwin Beach is well managed. I just wanna say thank you to Brendan. He was wonderful. I got there at 7:20. They opened the door right at 7:30 came out open the door and said hello. I walked Danny. He says how can I help you? I said my car needs Freon then he was able to look me up in the computer got the Freon was kind enough to put it in still waiting on customers. He did wait on a custom couple customers while I waited, that was no problem. Great service great smile on my air conditioning. I can now drive in peace and cool. I would recommend O’Reillys to any female that single that needs help with their vehicle. Nice courteous, polite, clean store just an overall wonderful experience and his name was BRENDON Brendan.”
