“My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and had a warm, homey vibe that made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool area due to the rain during most of our stay, it looked very nice and well-maintained. We would absolutely be happy to stay here again!”

“The rooms are spacious and clean! My pros which will be the reason I stay again are 1. Clean rooms 2. Tile flooring 3. Working AC (it got cold!) 4. Fridge and microwave included 5. Free parking 6. Bidet in the restroom 7. Lights everywhere! We had so many light switches letting us control lighting to not disturb the baby but still see everything 8. The walk, it’s pretty direct. Cross the street take downtown Disney and bam, done with security!
My only cons are that our room was next to the laundry room and housekeeping begins washing laundry at 9am, we were showering at that hour to prepare to check out and the hot water kept running out and the water would stop flowing, the pipes would also start shaking. We called, and they quickly turned off the washing machine. It was just inconvenient because we didn’t realize why it was happening for a good 5 mins. The other two days everything was perfect, this was the only inconvenience.

“This place was very surprising for me. Wasn’t expecting such a great stay here. Location is awesome. We actually stayed here to go to Universal Studios Hollywood. Not a bad drive, less than one hour which was not bad for the LA area. The place is older but is maintained very well. Everything was clean and in good working order. Just one minor thing is that if you plan on sleeping in a little you can hear walking and kids running upstairs so maybe get a second floor room, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. The property is clean, just some parking stalls are a little tight if you have a bigger car/suv. Definitely will be retuning to stay here. Price is very reasonable for the area and location that is a quick walk to downtown Disneyland.”
“This Hotel Indigo continues to be a very solid choice. Even on a fully sold-out weekend, the staff handled check-in, parking, and room readiness smoothly and calmly. The hotel keeps a quiet, boutique feel despite being Disney-adjacent, which we really appreciated.
The suite was comfortable and restful, and my partner slept exceptionally well. Breakfast at Chambers was well above expectations for this class of hotel—Karin was warm and attentive, and the front desk team coordinated everything seamlessly, keeping the experience human and unhurried under pressure.
Insider tip: the second-floor lounge overlooking Katella Ave and the lobby is a nice semi-private spot to relax or sit quietly away from the main flow. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and it remains consistently reliable. We’ll happily return.”

“This is very far our favorite property near Disneyland. It’s a quick 5 to 7 minute walk from the hotel to the park. The rooms are nicely appointed, have comfy beds, quiet rooms, and a nice coffee shop downstairs. They also have a grill/bar that does have cocktails in the evening and quick bites.
The staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful!!! Everyone from the valet parking, to the front desk to Housekeeping… They are all top-notch!”

“We just stayed at the DisneyLand Hotel and had a blast! Rooms were comfortable, traditional Disney features (could tell it’s been a while since renovation but wasn’t old or gross). The hospitality from all the staff was top notch as well. We loved being able to access the parks early and enjoy Downtown Disney throughout our stay. Highly recommend!”

“This is a fine hotel and well-maintained. It’s not going to blow you away but they do what they do well. Rooms are big and comfortable. Free breakfast is sufficient and well run. I wouldn’t say the hotel is no frills since they have a pool, gym, free breakfast and a little convenience store style
Nook by the front desk. But it does have limits. No dining outside of breakfast, small lobby etc. what they do, they do well and they provide more than just the basics. Its location is superb as it’s right across the street from Honda Center.”

“My experience at Hyatt House Anaheim Resort was phenomenal, the service I received from arriving to departing was one of a kind. When checking in I was greeted at the front desk by Cecilia whom greeted with a smile and amazing customer service she was quick and efficient. We informed her we were celebrating our anniversary. She stepped away and came back with the Richard the assistant general manager who congratulated us and informed he had something special for us.
We got to our room and had such an amazing view with a bottle of wine congratulating us. Those thoughtful gestures that Richard made happen added to our special day. Richard payed attention to detail and is dedicated to making his customers stay that more special which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Cecilia and Richard for your dedication and and amazing customer service you made our special day one to remember!”

“Thus hotel is overall amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and super comfortable. Its a quiet, private Disney themed hotel. It gas a huge pool outside and a hot tub. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We bought a suite on our Disney vacation for my family of 5 that was staying there and it was amazing. Reasonably priced for being in Anaheim. Nearby there are a few restaurants that you can easily walk to and a gas station is across the street. Definitely recommended for any sort of vacation to Anaheim so you don't spend way more money on a Disney resort.”

“This is a great location for those looking to enjoy Disney. We stayed here for the Disney Half Marathon and the location was perfect. About a 20 minute walk to the parks. The hotel has a quiet policy after 10pm which is really nice. The gym had some basic equipment, but they did the job. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“First time staying at the hotel and it did not dissapoint! The rooms were clean, staff was amazing, and their breakfast was soooo good. Bonus points for offering an extremely convenient shuttle to and from Disneyland. Also, if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend using their text service if you have questions during your stay. This has been an absolutely best stay at an Element! We did a precheckin since we arrived too early but it worked out fine as when we where at Disneyland we received our room was ready notification from my Marriott app. We had the 2 Queens and Sofa bed room type. The lobby looks beautiful for Valentine's Day and the Market had some great treats. The room was beautiful with a small kitchenette and loved the couch to eat at with a view. Beds and pillows are so comfortable and bathroom is well stocked (even with makeup washcloths). Wish we were staying longer but it was a quick trip but intended to come back! PS its ART bus 7 that shows up in front of the hotel on the street to take you to Disneyland if you dont want to walk. Breakfast was really good with plenty of seating!”

“This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and I cannot recommend it enough. I will definitely stay here again when I come to the area. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms have large mini-refrigerators and a microwave. The pool and hot tub are great. Free parking. Breakfast is sufficient, especially considering the reasonable rate for the stay. The fruit was fresh and the variety was good. When we had a few special requests during our stay, the staff was more than willing to accommodate us. Also, the pool attendant who cleans the pool is very kind and friendly. All around, we had a fabulous stay!!”

“This was not the best Residence Inn we’ve stayed in, but the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for us as we were disc golfing in La Mirada. Also close to Knotts and Biola. We love the layout with a common area and 2 bedroom / 2 bath for our family. The breakfast was awesome and the beds were comfortable. The location was dated, with a few things that were broken, such as the bathroom vents and a window shade that wouldn’t go down. But it was super clean and the important things worked well like air conditioning and refrigerator.”
