“I am fine with the room and service. The only problem is had could barely get cold water in the shower faucet. The water was to hot. To get cold water you turn it on just a hair. So that means no pressure and then you can't shower. I had to let the water run to feel up the bath for at least 45 mins. before I could take a bath.”

“My daughter and I stayed at Candy Cane Inn earlier this month. The rooms were well stocked with toiletries and very clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer, always asking if there was anything we needed or if there was something they could improve on. If that wasn't enough, their free breakfast takes things to a whole new level! I couldn't think of one thing that I would have hoped to eat that wasn't included in their breakfast fare. Well done!! The location makes for a very easy and safe walk to the park and after a long day at Disneyland their free trolley is a great perk.”

“The room was Super clean, the staff was extremely helpful, the pool was gorgeous and so clean, and the location was within walking distance to the convention center and Disneyland. I was there for a convention but will stay at Alamo again when I come back to go to Disneyland.”

“To be honest, I didn't intend to stay here but the La Quinta across the street was full. I was only in town for the weekend, and I figured I'd just stay Thursday here and then check into the La Quinta but I was really surprised by how quiet the place was. People wise, I mean. The people were quiet and the place was calm. The freeway was right next to the hotel, so there was a different kind of noise but there would have been at the La Quinta, too. I saved some money and just stayed the whole weekend at Motel 6. Sure, I lost out of the free breakfast but who wants to pay $40 more for a free breakfast, right? Good place.”

“The rooms are spacious and clean! My pros which will be the reason I stay again are 1. Clean rooms 2. Tile flooring 3. Working AC (it got cold!) 4. Fridge and microwave included 5. Free parking 6. Bidet in the restroom 7. Lights everywhere! We had so many light switches letting us control lighting to not disturb the baby but still see everything 8. The walk, it’s pretty direct. Cross the street take downtown Disney and bam, done with security!

My only cons are that our room was next to the laundry room and housekeeping begins washing laundry at 9am, we were showering at that hour to prepare to check out and the hot water kept running out and the water would stop flowing, the pipes would also start shaking. We called, and they quickly turned off the washing machine. It was just inconvenient because we didn’t realize why it was happening for a good 5 mins. The other two days everything was perfect, this was the only inconvenience.

“This is a 5 star hotel. Service was wonderful the gentleman at the front desk (I can't recall his name, so sorry!) was so nice, gave recommendations, helped us with directions, just a wonderful and kind person. The hotel is adorable, rooms updated, super clean, the entire place was clean from rooms, to lobby to parking lot. We did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. The location is perfect and an EASY walk to Disney Parks. We would for sure stay here again!”

“The rooms, location and service are great! The breakfast shouldn't be considered breakfast at all. It's coffee and packaged pastries and fruit. Just snacks basically, so plan to get breakfast elsewhere when you're considering where to stay. But they have full kitchens in the rooms so you can also make you own food!”

“Staying at the Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and spa was a real treat. Beautiful hotel with a roaring fire down in the main area that where people could sit and enjoy. Decor and the hotel itself was beautiful. Good restaurants within the facility itself. And I loved the fact that we could literally walk out of our hotel and either right into California Adventure or in the other direction come out on Downtown Disney.”

“This Hotel Indigo continues to be a very solid choice. Even on a fully sold-out weekend, the staff handled check-in, parking, and room readiness smoothly and calmly. The hotel keeps a quiet, boutique feel despite being Disney-adjacent, which we really appreciated.

The suite was comfortable and restful, and my partner slept exceptionally well. Breakfast at Chambers was well above expectations for this class of hotel—Karin was warm and attentive, and the front desk team coordinated everything seamlessly, keeping the experience human and unhurried under pressure.

Insider tip: the second-floor lounge overlooking Katella Ave and the lobby is a nice semi-private spot to relax or sit quietly away from the main flow. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and it remains consistently reliable. We’ll happily return.”

“Excellent location near Anaheim attractions and the freeway interchange, although this did not add any noise or other intrusions. Very good free breakfast. Room was well-appointed, with a safe, hair dryer, extensive tv channels, nice toiletries, good beds with soft sheets. Pool area well-maintained, with a hot tub. Fitness room and laundry facilities both useful. Free cookies in the afternoon. Excellent stay, and worth the price.”

“This is very far our favorite property near Disneyland. It’s a quick 5 to 7 minute walk from the hotel to the park. The rooms are nicely appointed, have comfy beds, quiet rooms, and a nice coffee shop downstairs. They also have a grill/bar that does have cocktails in the evening and quick bites.
The staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful!!! Everyone from the valet parking, to the front desk to Housekeeping… They are all top-notch!”

“Great place to stay for trip to Disneyland - 15 min walk to the parks. The rooms are large, comfy and clean. Free breakfast, and friendly staff (Jesse!). As a Marriott status member they read my requests and accommodated them.”

“Thoroughly impressed with this hotel and our stay. We were searching for the right hotel for our shorter stay in Anaheim that was closer to Disney + driving distance to some beaches. This hotel was excellent and exceeded expectations. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, nice feeling and within walking distance to the Toy Story shuttles for Disney (about 8-10min walk to the shuttles). If you want to walk to Disney itself it's about 25min walk they said. The breakfast was also great each day. The room was good size and mostly clean (just tiny dust around the vents). The only tiny thing not great, was parking which was $40/night which does add up. Assuming it's so travelers for Disney who aren't guests there don't take all their parking. Other than that, would definitely stay again if in the area!”

“My first time staying in Anaheim. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Disneyland Resort. The service is perfect, front desk was very helpful with early check-in and check out. Complimentary cold water and hot beverages at the front desk. This is a good neighbor hotel, meaning that this hotel must be at the standards of service and cleanliness of Disney. And that it is. Room service is daily which I consider a pro over Disney resorts. At the resorts in DisneyWorld, room service is not daily. The room service is quick and very helpful.
The room was perfect. We got a double queen room. I was constantly looking up reviews on YouTube about this property and was skeptical about the two seats next to the bed. They provide ample size for two to sit. The beds are comfortable as is the pillows. Plenty of drawer/closet space, microwave and mini fridge. I love the shutters on the windows. The A/C really cools you down after a long walk in the hot sun. I appreciate the location of the A/C unit as it is not directly facing the beds. I felt that the placement of the unit really allowed the cold air flow to permeate throughout the room. You can cast content on the tv if you don’t feel like watching any channels. Ample size for the sink/bathroom that are equipped with soap, shampoo and body wash that has a light citrus smell (Orange County..duh).
The location is perfect from where you are in the park. I’m sure everyone (including me) who has stayed here, has timed themselves to see how long it takes to get to the parks. At my usual pace 6-7 minutes. Plenty of options within walking distance. Up and down the street are plenty of food options (including Downton Disney). The hotel is between a Denny’s and Tony Roma’s. A reasonably priced convenient store at Grand legacy at the park just less than 2 minutes from the hotel. This hotel is not too far from the GardenView, a popular dining/shopping/entertainment hub. There are 3 floors with elevators and plenty of stairway access. A well maintained hot tub/pool with outdoor shower. A complimentary hot and cold breakfast (WHICH IS VERY LIMITED AT OTHER HOTELS ON S HARBOR BLVD) that is very delicious. Certain breakfast items will change daily. Also they provide plenty of grab n go food.
If you were like me, trying to figure out the best hotel to stay at for 3 days and didn’t want to break the bank staying at a Disney Hotel. Best western plus Anaheim or Best Western Park Place. I intend on staying at Park place next time as that BW is directly at the crosswalk leading to the resort. However I enjoyed my time at Anaheim Plus. As a person that likes to “research” hotels on YouTube to see which place would be the best fit. NO NEED to look, these two BW properties are the best for staying directly across from the resort.

“This place is really a diamond in the rough. One of the least expensive Disney stays. Not a long walk from Disney by any stretch. My daughter and I usually made the Downtown District in 10 minutes. We also were here for vidcon and the convention center is about the same distance. The folks that work here are well organized. They are very nice and cordial. The breakfast is basic but it has everything you need, tho I wish there were more seats inside. Sometimes you have to eat outside or just take it back to your room. But they have coffee, juice, hot cocoa and hot tea, plus eggs, sausage cereals and a waffle maker. A blessing when you’re trying to eat cheap on vacation. Their continental breakfast really saved my budget. Rooms are basic but have a fridge and microwave which is also a budget helper. There is a Food 4 Less within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay here. They provided everything we needed with room service and it was clean. We spotted no bugs like some folks have said about other hotels in the area. Seems pretty clean. For value in price alone I give this place 5 stars. My daughter and I had a great vacation and still spent time in the hotel pool and hot tub. Put this place on your list of places to stay for conventions or Disneyland in Anaheim.”

“I had a great stay at Hyatt House Anaheim and would definitely recommend it. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a really enjoyable experience.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Megan T. was especially helpful and professional throughout my stay. She clearly works very hard and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and dedication really made a difference.
