“Dr Jennifer Moore and this place are so amazing. I was extremely sick with a virus that was not getting better. A previous trip to a different urgent care proved to be unhelpful. There wasn’t any testing done and I was sent home with multiple cough meds. I got even more sick the next day. When I checked in at Urgent Care Pros, I was quickly given all the tests…COVID, flu, urine, bloods and a chest xray. They quickly diagnosed me with walking pneumonia. I was sent home with multiple antibiotics and steroids. The staff was so knowledgeable and kind. They even called me at least 3 times during the week to check on me. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend”

“My phlebotomist for my blood draw was Dafne! She is an amazing phlebotomist and her blood draws have not left bruises or scarring on my veins/arms. She is always welcoming and kind and always treats me with dignity, respect and professionalism. I am regular for blood draws, and I’m always very, very appreciative when Dafne is the phlebotomist who calls me in; I know the draw will be pain free, professional and free from anxiety.

“Staff was friendly. Check-in was fast and simple. Appointment time was at 9:00 am, and I was called back and labs drawn in less than 5 minutes. Good experience”
“I had a lab appointment at 7:40 am. Their appointment system; setting up an appointment from their website to check-in at the site was seamless. I arrived there early, at 7:20 am and was ready to wait at the waiting room. In less than a minute, I was called in. I was happy that I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff who took care of me was professional and courteous. The entrance to the building was off the driveway (not on Termino), but it was fairly easy to spot the entrance. Question Diagnostics is on the 2nd floor so take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the directional signs. There seems to be a plenty of parking as well.”
“I found the lab using Grok and was very impressed from the beginning to the end. I’m an investor and needed a quick asbestos test on a rental property. Within 3 days I had my results in hand and that included a holiday.

“Took My Uncle today for some blood work spanish speaker so I went to help. The nurse Laura was working both front desk and back office by herself. The blood draw was done so quickly and efficiently, my uncle complained of no pain and stated the nurse was wonderful, professional and very patient with him. Great service and happy to have found a good professional Medical Lab.”
