Leslie did say that the battery is over 10 years, so it might not hold a charge. But I could buy a new battery that uses the new cord. Thank you Leslie.”

“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”

“I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. “I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I was so nervous about wearing one, but Eric patiently explained the health benefits of controlling my sleep apnea and other issues by using CPAP. “Our house was burglarized n everything stolen including all her incontinence supplies n ostomy supplies our debit card was locked due to fraud I bought 2 colonoscopy bags n they gave us some free diapers well her bags wasn't delivered still didn't get them I went to emergency room at 530 am 2 get help they gave me 2 bags 1 broke after a half hour I put the last bag in went to kaiser medical office for 2 hours I went to all departments n talked to her doctor on the phone at the hospital we didn't get any bags n this lady had feces all over her this was the third time we were out of money we had about 30 dollars because all of our money was stolen out of her account by her son he found her user ID n password n stole all her money using zelle bank is charging them with fraud n elder abuse along with the police Including burglary we were desperate I was especially Ingrid went through a lot I've been her caregiver for 10 years I went back to this medical supply store n begged them for help we were to robbed she needs help we dont have any colonoscopy bags n she has feces all over her we have a new debit card coming in the mail tge owner asked what we needed i stated 3 colonoscopy bags n barrier wipes he said he would give them to us n write us a receipt i gave him both of our ids n i took a pic of the receipt these people were compassionate n so nice they listened n thry cared we git the new debit card in the mail yesterday n im going to pay that bill today because they cared didnt try to take advantage of us the owner introduced me to himself his wife n his daughter thry treated me like i was there family n they listened with passion n respect there were 2 other lady's working at night the day before who treated me the same way as the owner this is a family operated store if you want great customer service with a great family atmosphere this is your medical supply store we had a emergency situation n they got us through this ordeal n we thank each n everyone of them for helping Ingrid I won't go anywhere else we need something from a medical supply store you won't get this customer service anywhere else n thank you so much for helping us”

“My first time here and definitely will not be my last! Leaving on a trip to Nashville with my MIL the next day and, "broken wheelchair!" I desperately Yelped for medical equipment stores and found At Home Medical - and more importantly - the wonderful COLLEEN!! She had just one wheelchair that MIL loves left and I raced there to get it. The store was impressive. Filled with all the things we caregivers are happy to find - and then some. Colleen was super helpful, understanding of my needs, and so knowledgeable - it was a delight to find someone who really loves what they do! She even showed me the BEST electric/manual wheelchair that I can carry and FOLD! Got it for MIL's bday next month. Oh, and recommended awesome compression socks that worked like a charm for both me and MIL. Went back yesterday to get FIL a new walker for his biz trip! Our family will be a customer for life! Well, as long as Colleen is there - for sure! Ps. MIL had a blast at Grand Ole Oprey.”
