“Having to go to urgent care can be super frustrating and not the funnest thing to do but today was a great experience. Booking an appointment was so easy, the office staff was really nice and check in was easy. The nursing assistant and practitioner were super nice, easy to talk to, thorough, and provided great care. Its so great knowing that an office where you feel taken care of.”
“Clinlab has calibrated and maintained our pipettes for more than 20 years now. Their service can't be beat they come right to our lab, do the calibrations on site, sticker our pipettes, and provide full calibration reports that are required per our quality system. We are in Long Beach and they will come down from San Dimas to our lab account for all of our pipettes get them calibrated and even refurbished on the spot.”
“The kind person drawing my blood was so professional and talented that after I explained that I was going to look away because it helped my anxiety if I did not look. They performed the most painless blood draw I have ever had. Thank you kind, talented person.”

“received text message prompting check-in 1.5hr before the appointment time. My appointment was for an evening time on Thursday, close to closing time. With the mobile check-in, there was no need to check in via kiosk, and I was called in within less than 10 minutes. The lady (whose name I don't recall but wish I did) was very pleasant despite it being close to end of her work day, which I really appreciated.
She was also ESPECIALLY good at drawing blood, I barely felt a thing and there was barely a mark from the needle afterwards. (I typically have no qualms about getting my blood drawn and don't even really mind if it's done by a beginner, but noticed that in such cases it can leave bruising. Nothing like that here.)
Very clean facility, including cleanly kept bathroom, and efficient set-up. I would select this location again for future blood tests.”
“I really appreciate my Dr. I genuinely feel like he cares and I don't feel like a transaction. I appreciate every single time that I go he educates me, takes the time to listen to me and gives me advice. Thank you for everything!”
“A surprisingly pleasant experience! I’ve never felt motivated to write a review for a medical lab, but this place is different. The building is modern and extremely well kept. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, considering they are “walk in” only. Places like Quest might be more convenient with online scheduling and multiple locations, but I’ll be coming back here in the future.”

“Marisol is a great lab tech! I’m normally really nervous about getting my blood drawn and she just made me really at ease. Make sure to scan your QR code when checking in if you have an appointment. It was super fast! I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes.”

“The phlebotomist, Christina H. is truly an angel (she was literally an answer to my prayer as we were driving to LabCorp). The patient is my 77 year old special needs brother, who also has Parkinson’s Disease, which causes a tremor (so a moving target for anyone attempting to draw blood), AND, his veins are typically difficult to hit. Additionally, he has had some traumatic lab draw attempts, which causes him to be more anxious about having to have any blood work done. At one doctor’s office a few years ago, the nurse tried unsuccessfully three times, and then it took the doctor two more attempts before he got the blood sample. Recently, at a different doctor’s office, the nurse tried twice unsuccessfully, my brother fainted, threw up when he came to, and threw up again as soon as we got home. So it is against this backdrop that Christina H. came into my brother’s world. I filled her in privately about some of my brother’s history, and his special needs before she called his name. She was very kind, and treated him with dignity and respect. He asked her if she is a Dodger’s fan, and she said, “Yes!,” so he felt like he was in friendly territory, which helped him to relax a little in her presence. Most importantly, Christina’s technique was absolute perfection, which was captured by the confused look on my brother’s face when we told him she got his vein on the first try. He was perplexed because he said he didn’t feel the sting, and she wasn’t needing to move the needle around under his skin to try to get the blood to flow. When Christina was done, she pointed out to my brother that she was wrapping his bandage in “Dodger’s Blue,” which delighted my brother. The relief in all of this as an advocate for my brother brought me to tears. My brother has had to endure so much. Having Christina H. treat my brother with such compassionate professionalism AND to have her be a “sharp shooter” who made this blood draw his easiest ever is absolutely priceless! Thank you from the bottoms of both of our hearts. Needless to say, the next time my brother needs blood work done, we will return to LabCorp in San Dimas, and we will request Christina H. Because of this experience, I think that my brother will not only NOT be anxious going into his next blood draw, he will probably be looking forward to getting to return to see Christina H again!”
“This location is one floor below my doctor's office. I saw my doctor for a pre-op check up and needed some blood work. I checked in as a walk-in at about 8:50 am. There was no one else in the waiting room, and I was called in within a few minutes and was on my way out by 9:05 am. Later in the day, I might have had to wait a little longer. This was my first visit to this location -- and I usually schedule my lab appointments in advance.”
“Prompt and courteous phlebotomist. She was very professional and had a very light hand. Did not leave a bruise . I would say she’s a professional. This is my favorite quest to visit since I must do labs every 3 months . Everyone is kind and it’s always very clean .”

“This is my favorite place to have my blood drawn mainly because of one very SKILLED phlebotomist named Jamie who always gets my vein the first try! She is gracious, professional and her area is always neat and clean. I usually get poked more than once and even up to five times due to having small veins which is a little traumatizing. So I come here just for the chance to get Jamie to draw my blood. Check-in is quick with the kiosk and the waiting area is kept clean. In an out in less than 10 minutes! Thanks again Jamie!!”
“First time there and it is the most hassle free and fastest place for covid testing doctor and receptionist was the most helpful , friendly ,professional and very informative ,I recommend them to anyone thank you all”

“During my recent visit for a shot, I was thankful for the patience amongst the nurses. Her approach made a significant difference in easing my anxiety about the procedure. She was able to read my emotions and helped me remain relaxed throughout the process of receiving my shots. The nurse picked up on how nervous I was and responded in a gentle way to make sure that I was less anxious throughout my shot. What impressed me the most was how she didn’t rush things at all even though there was a long line in the waiting room. She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had shots before where the nurse just wanted to get it over quickly and that made me more anxious but this time, the nurse really took it step by step. Throughout the whole process, I felt respected and cared for which is something I usually never experience when taking shots. I left the appointment feeling relieved and the nurse’s patience and positive attitude really taught me the importance of what is needed by professionals in healthcare. They are the ones that can change a stressful experience into a positive one.”
“I went in without an appointment and waited roughly 20 minutes, although it felt much shorter! The staff is friendly and efficient. Make sure to checkin at the kiosk when you arrive, and have your lab paperwork and insurance card ready to present when they call you to the window to ensure everything goes smoothly. :)”
“This place gives me absolutely great service. Especially Dr Daniel who is very helpful and considerate to the people around him. He is very nice and the prices are better than most places”

“Took my kids there after being exposed to covid, had to wait an hour in line, small inconvenience compared to other walk-ins/drive ups, and I got my results before I got back home. Beats making an appointment 2 weeks out and still waiting 2 days for results ?Guy giving the test was informative and answered our questions with NO attitude, gave me multiple receipts to submit to my insurance (which they honored) ... can't complain about any part of it.just a side note ... do your research, when you call this place, they tell you what they charge for the tests. if you're caught off guard, that's on you, not the facility. and as far as attitude, 9 times out of 10, you get what you give. kindness matters”
“The service was prompt and efficient, and the employee was courteous and professional. The location is conveniently situated, and the appointment reminder system is effective.”

“I got there a few minutes before open and there was already line with like 20 people in it. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in- be sure to drop of your order at the front desk, there are 4 tablets to check in so it moves pretty quick. Waited about an hour and 20 minutes before i called back, technician was nice and did a good job.
One thing to note is that when you check in, they say they will text you, but I never got the text. I waited in my car for like 30 minutes and waited the rest of the time in the lobby and heard my name called. So don't trust the text system, be sure you are inside after a certain time to make sure you hear you name called. This place is so busy its crazy, and appointments are booked like 3 weeks out. Overall, service was good though.”
“Seems an okay place for your blood draws. There are 2 check-in kiosks at front. After your check-in they will call you and do the formalities followed by blood draw. Technicians seems good and skillful.
Point of improvement seems to be having a front desk or associate who can guide patients. I could saw many patients who doesn't know how to use the machine check in asking for help and many old people standing on queues. Also a first timer has hit little info on how to do things.
Seems a single staff working as a patient relations executive could solve much of their flaws.
But overall it's a recommendable place to be for your blood works.”

“I have been going here for a few years now, and it is rarely busy, and I normally don't have a wait. It is very small. There is only 1 phlebotomist there, and she is really good and has been nice.”
“Based on all the other reviews, I guess I got lucky. I walked in without appointment and walked out 20 minutes later with all lab work done. It’s in the lower level meaning basement or downstairs, use elevator or stairs. Paperless check-in process took me less than three minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous. I closed my eyes. The needle went in and I didn’t feel a thing, but she got three vials of blood out of me. Painless. Took one star off due to the basement location hence lacks windows, of course, and the place needs a little refurbishment.”
“Phlebotomists are nice! If you make an appointment, you get seen right away, not even a 5 min wait!Oh, and just a note for patients, drink lots of water before getting your blood drawn, otherwise the veins are dehydrated and makes the draw more difficult. Thanks to Leslie for letting me know!”
“After speaking with the supervisor, she acknowledged the incident that happened at the group home and the issue was dealt with. I had the patient herself, 2 direct care staff, Licensee/ Director of Nursing and I present during the incident and we are satisfied with the outcome. My group homes will continue to work with MD Labs as they have been and continue to be reliable for getting lab work and x-rays completed within a reasonable time frame.”
