“Natalie was great. Ended up having a problem and calling the store to try to fix it. The other guy that works there picked up and then put me on hold. I literally drove to the store while on hold, saw him just talking to people, and had Natalie help me instead. When I’d come in earlier she had gotten through like 3 customers and me before he’d finished one.
