“I want to thank GPS Nation and, especially, Heather for going out of their way to see to it that I received the part I needed for my Garmin Delta Sport XC dog trainer. Garmin discontinued this model, so the replacement charging port dust cover is very difficult to find.
When I ran into troubles ordering (due to a problematic website update), Heather and GPS Nation went *well* out of their way to make up for my troubles, even expediting shipping at their expense. Their prices are reasonable, but even better, they probably have what you're looking for, so the time you spent trying to find a better deal was already wasted. Super friendly, easy to get to and a clean tidy showroom. This place is a gem.”
“Nice variety of CG and civilian clothing, electronics, and household & hygiene items. Gas tends to be either a great deal, or more expensive than town because they only change their prices 1x week or every other week. (Sometimes it’s cheaper than Costco in San Leandro.) Also of note, propane is only $52 for a new tank, or $20 for a refill. About $20 cheaper for a new tank here than in town or Nob Hill or Home Depot. ATM is often out of service or cash, but there’s a SeaWest just off base that has a reliable ATM.”

“Edit: Jenny called me after I posted the original review, apologized for the issue and immediately shipped a replacement unit. Like the other reviews have said, it's been great customer service and I would definitely shop here again.Power supply was damaged before it left the shop. The larger outer box it shipped in showed zero damage, but the PS box inside was deformed, like it had been dropped off the shelf. Upon opening the inner box, the styrofoam protection was cracked and the power supply case was bent. The damage seems to be limited to a slightly bent case and it looks like it functions properly when I turn it on with no load. I would like to use it immediately so returning it isn't a great option but having a company ship a damaged box without checking the contents beforehand is disheartening. Hopefully there's no unseen damage that manifests once it has a load on it.”

“I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. I needed assistance with the transition process after calling customer service and being told I needed to do in person verification. I was very disappointed to go into the Lakeshore location just to be told to call customer service. The person I spoke with didn’t offer to help by calling customer service with me. I changed my pin, got my account number and felt like I was left to do her job. I came in expecting to get support with something I wasn’t familiar with and left feeling worse than coming in. It was a great reminder why I went to Verizon.
UPDATE: I went in today and Michael and Mark both helped me figure out my transfer pin. So happy with them. I felt supported.”
