“Recently, my wife and I visited the Walnut Creek store at 1345 South Main Street. Our purpose was to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro. We were greeted by a sales associate who introduced himself as Sid. He was very professional, and his presentation explaining certain attributes about the phones was excellent. He was patient, and perhaps most of all, he was a good listener. When we had what might be construed as silly questions, he immediately assured us that his purpose was to ensure that he met our needs, and he encouraged us to ask any and every question until we felt satisfied in making our decision to purchase the phones. When we left the store with our new phones, we were comforted knowing we had made the right decision, thanks in part to the high professionalism of Sid.”

“Clean, comfortable, well run. Not a small feat considering generous 11 PM closing times (12 midnight this past holiday season). Prices are a bit high, but leavened by frequent door busters and clearance discounts. Staff once cheerfully went out of their way to help me find odd-sized boxes in the back of the store. This location stands out even in a well run suburb like Downtown Walnut Creek as a consistently enjoyable shopping experience. Among the very best of chain retail in 2026.”

“Christi was very professional and went out of her way to do everthing she could to help me solve a problem on my Macbook Pro. I could not find anywhere to give customer service feedback, so I hope a manager will see this. She should be commended. I called a different apple store earlier and was basically offered no help in a condescending tone.”

“Came here the other day for free slurpee day! If you don't go to 7 eleven 7/11 then you are missing out! Its not that hard to remember either because the date is in the name! So if you weren't with it this year make sure to remember for next year! Or go in any day because lets face it, its cheap and you can afford it any day.”

“I have visited this location a few times. And honestly, based on my visits, I can believe that this location is much nicer than the one in Antioch. Although, I probably wouldn't drive half an hour to here to get what I needed; I could if I want. Anywho, we were in the area on Nov. 24, 2023, and it was Black Friday, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of deals they had. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The sales that I have been seeing said "30% off", which isn't much of a deal. I was in the need for pajama pants and some socks so I picked them up. I scanned them, and they were on sale. I also bought some accessories for my new phone, and I was pretty disappointed with the fact that they weren't on sale. While we were checking out, I decided to use my Target Circle rewards (like I do usually), and the person who checked me out suggested I spend a certain amount to get the discount. I didn't get their name, but the way they explained it to me was very helpful. And everything went through without any issues. Would I come to this Target again? If I am in the area again, maybe I may check it out. Since the Pittsburg Target closed down, I have mostly been going to the one in Antioch and this Target is out of my reach. I like how there is a parking garage underneath, which is nice especially in a place where parking is AWFUL.”

“Walking distance from my apartment complex. Come here often to cash lottery tickets and pick up snacks. Staff is always nice. They have a good selection of drinks, food and other odds and ends you might need without having to drive out to CVS. There is also a Subway right next door. Super convenient. Will continue coming here. Nothing negative to say at all. No need to try out Heavenly Bistro next door. Save yourself the money.”

“Regular old 7 eleven. 24 hours a day you can get what you need. Might even meet, "the one" at 3:23 in the morning when you're in desperate need of some hand sanitizer and some zingers.”

“Not sure why this particular Verizon store isn’t sporting higher than a 3.1 star rating, but it’s absolutely not because of people like Alex !

This guy spent warm, quality time with us in setting up our new IP17s and really took us under his wing to make sure that we were taken care of and that we had a great customer experience. We felt he made us smarter as a result of the generous time he spent with us.

In my opinion, he sets the example for not only the valued service elements of a phone store, but those that any business should strive to provide in pursuit of a loyal customer base.

I just hope that Verizon realizes how lucky they are to have someone like Alex on their team !”
