“I brought my SL-1500 technics here to get repaired for a speed issue and Tim did NOT disappoint! He was insanely helpful, and charged a low low fee and even let me come get it on a weekend. He was very communicative the whole time and the turntable came back to me in even better shape than I asked for. “3/26/2026 still rocking 11.2.4 at 105db, all SVSsound.com Ultra now. Fixed it better then factory conditions worked. I did put an exhaust fan on top of the reciever. Never cuts out any more. Cause the owner noted mistake, a pinched center channel wire.
TWO months later, my Yamaha Rx-3080 is running awesome after it was repaired. I ask for all parts replaced to be put in a box and the owner did so. I can see the damage. The owner also told me what may have caused the amps MosFet to burn up. Once I got home, I noticed my center channel speaker wire was being pinched by my over the fire place mantel pull down linkage. Eventhough, the speaker wire housing was not cut, there was a noted dielectric failure in insulation resistance when I tested it at work on an integrity tester in DC. The repair was priced lower then what I would have charged so I tipped the owner. I have already recommended this shop for any audio visual repair. The owner has some refurbished old school Speaker monitor, if I had more room I'd have bought them.
More months later, running full 11.2.4 with separate amps for over 100bd spl. No clipping. Mostly SVS ultra. Returned the prime and pinnical

“This Target location is always very clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful when I need to return or exchange an item.
And unlike some locations the parking here is not congested and carts aren't left all over the parking lot. They are pretty attentive to make sure the lot stays clean and safe.”

I had a problem with my T-Mobile internet modem. Matthew quickly and professionally replaced the SIMS card (as T-Mobile support instructed me to do). The SIMS replacement did not resolve the issue when we tested the modem. Matthew then replaced the modem.
Working with Matthew was quicker and less frustrating than dealing with the on-line/phone tech staff. Issue resolved.”
“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“This is my favorite 711. There are 2 closer ones to my house that I don't like to go.
This one not only accept debit card for lotto, unlike other annoying ones that say only cash ?, but the very very nice guy always makes me fresh flavored coffee even in the afternoon where other location rudely and arrogantly say we only have them in the morning. He and his son told me we'll be glad to make you a new fresh pot whenever you ask. They're experts and know about customer service.
Unfortunately other places the workers are rude, ignorant, arrogant and don't even understand when you speak.
So thank you for being a fresh breath of air. We need more people and more places like you. ????”
