“I brought my SL-1500 technics here to get repaired for a speed issue and Tim did NOT disappoint! He was insanely helpful, and charged a low low fee and even let me come get it on a weekend. He was very communicative the whole time and the turntable came back to me in even better shape than I asked for. He also checked up on my way home to make sure I knew how to hook everything up properly, and called a few days later to make sure it was all working all right. Great guy, great place to trust your equipment to.”

“Have you been to the new store on 17th Street in Costa Mesa? Talk about new and improved! The store looks great, very spacious with a front and back entrance and lots of staff. “More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

I needed a new Media Center that was built for AV and they were a Salamander dealer so I went online to their site and found the model I wanted. At almost $2000 it was a leap of faith because no one can possibly stock and display every model so we never saw it in person. Duke was reassuring and we ordered it from them and it arrived as promised and delivered to my home without issue. While awaiting the cabinet I ordered a pair of Sonance In Wall speakers for my surround channels. Extremely satisfied with both purchases. Highly recommended for all your Audio Video needs.i had previously purchased a Rega Turntable from them about 10 years ago. Tell Duke I sent you.”

After multiple attempts in having an issue resolved with a 3D printer and going through multiple communications with technicians, Evan helped with communication and logistics to fix the issue with good reports via email and over the phone, while Matt K. helped with the proper traction to start the process. I give 4 starts to MH, while I give 5 starts to both Matt and Evan who were essential in moving this issue towards the finish line.”
