“Stylish shopping mall in Irvine just beside the interstate. Lots of restaurants and shops. Has a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Parking can get difficult on weekends but is Free.”
“Not only a normal mall ? first time seeing the architecture like this. Visited outdoor mall before Irvine spectrum but I think this place is ??? love walking and sitting around here. Other people in the store also nice and helpful too.

“Eurolook salon does the most amazing nails and facials. I recently had a custom hydrafacial with Elena! It was amazing, she really took time to cleanse and nourish my skin. My face looked absolutely glowing. I love this spa. I have them do my nails too. Ulia, is my girl. She makes my hands look years younger. They don’t soak your hands in water, instead they use a kind of skin-sanding device that takes away your dead skin and cuticle. Very professional and clean. Anytime they add a service, I want to try it! Keep up the fantastic work!”

“I shop at Pavillion grocery store mostly in this shopping center, and love this shopping center for the Wells Fargo Bank, Zovs and the many shops for one stop shopping. Plenty of parking and EV chargers are available as well.”

“Honestly, I only go here for grocery outlet. My experience with the rest of the plaza is how long the walk is to the bathroom. People seem to use and enjoy it though, so, guess it’s not bad? Especially if you have kids. Or like grocery outlet.”

“This hidden gem is actually very centrally located and has some very impressive art and lighting stores. There are also furniture and textile boutiques along with various other shops and even a yoga studio. You can also enjoy brunch at the cute little restaurant or sit and read near the fountain. There’s always parking in the back if the front is full but in the six years I have been coming to the design center I have never had parking be a problem. I highly recommend it to any local designers or residents!”

“Nice place to visit with kids and all family. Clean and new location to spend some quality time with loves ones. If you want to play, buy or fix the bike you have everything in one place. I like this place because you have a lot of space to park your car. Also, you have a very good learning center for kids to have tutoring and extra classes.”

“It is a grocery store and a take out food venue. Lots of off the beaten path products like salmon belly and crawfish. A very good selection of wild caught whole fish is available along with products for all over the world including many from the Philippines. I always end up at the cooked food counter. Mmm mmm good! Satay pork chicken and beef just to name a few of my favorites. It is truly a treat to try something new/different/exotic every time I go there.”

“Well my Car got towed so I had to take this trip on a bus. My pup goes with me everywhere, and didn't care for the bus driver and neither did I . They stop abruptly all the time. ,and it took four hours from Fullerton to Irvine. I'm needing back my car. So this Irvine center ( really nothing special) I went to visit the Dentist , all business,no pleasure believe me. There is a 7 11 next door or two, and it's a small one as if people in Irvine don't frequent 7/11 stores often . They didn't have much. The guy behind the counter didn't have much personality either. So I can't say much except I've been to more upscale centers in the desert than compared to Irvine , and Nicolas my pup feels the same.”

“This is a cute shopping center in Newport Coast and I love Gelsons so I'll give it a 4 star review for the overall vibe. It's diagonal to Rogers Gardens so if you need to go shopping at Gelson's beforehand, you should definitely check it out! If you have a dog or cat, they have a super swanky pet store! There's a nice clothing store too!”

“It's a small shopping complex with stores like Albertsons and Starbucks. Starbucks in campus plaza opens for more hours in the evening as compared to the one in University town center. Albertsons have great deals which you can keep a tab on by downloading their app. I bought kettle cooked chips at a great price.”
“Albertsons there is great!! Plenty of parking and although food prices have been high, they don't gouge you like some stores. Management and staff are super friendly and helpful. I love this store!!”

“Lido Marina Village felt stylish, calm, and beautifully designed when I visited with someone, and I saw a lot of teenagers enjoying the waterfront views and boutique shops. The atmosphere felt trendy and peaceful, which teenagers would love because it makes them feel like they’re in a beautiful, Instagram‑worthy place. The service in the shops and restaurants felt warm and welcoming, which helps teens feel comfortable exploring. The value is great because you can enjoy the scenery and walk around for free, and only spend money if you want to. The quality of the buildings, walkways, and seating areas made the whole place feel polished and clean. The selection of shops and food spots gives teenagers plenty of choices for snacks, clothes, or photos. I only visited once, but it was one of the most relaxing and stylish waterfront areas I’ve been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a chance to enjoy a beautiful, inspiring environment.”
