I think it was Barbie who helped me out the two times I visited while I was in town and she helped me find the right size hoodie I needed for my trip to Europe. The other associates were chill too. “5 STARS ++ for the customer service department of HSTrading. I bought a couple of shirts back in middle of May and the 2x was a tight fit. Was gonna donate the parrot shirt cause it was just too tight, figuring it was like 6-7 weeks since I got the shirt. Sent short email to Customer Service and Terill A. answered back fast like overnigth. He offered to swap out with next size and did it 100% - fast and polite. Amazing support and service in this day and age! Will certainly be buying more from these guys in the future.”
