“I like the way this location is organized compared to other 5 Below locations in the area. I was able to find most of what I was looking for without too much difficulty. None of the items that they advertised were available, but I didn't expect them to be based on their popularity. Their grab and go snack section is chock full of fun stuff. The one place where they lose a star is employees. They were friendly, but it seemed like they were overly social with each other at the front of the store, when there were things they definitely could have been doing to make the store look a bit more organized.”

“We were visiting from New Mexico on October 4, 2023 and made an impromptu trip to Laguna Main Beach. Our older children did NOT bring their swimsuits but decided it was too much temptation and went for a swim/play in the ocean. We didn't have a change of clothes and didn't wish you dirty the rental vehicle. Called Debra at Main Beach Outlet and she was soooo accommodating. She found shorts for our 13 and 16 year old sons and allowed them to use the dressing rooms to change into dry clothes. I feel like she gave us great deals on all items purchased, especially for the situation and even ran out bag we forgot out to us as we were leaving. She was so kind to our 6 year old daughter and the husband and I were able to score some great shirts to remember the experience by. If we are ever back in this neck of the world again we will be sure to visit her shop again. Cute store, great staff, reasonable prices for top quality. It's not a Macy's, and it's OK as the average shopper tens to be more working class than Macy's shoppers. “We had a great experience with Nancy in the furniture department. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy. We had a small glitch about the mattress we had originally ordered, and needed to re order. Nancy responded to us while on her vacation time and reassured us and set things up perfectly to be handled when she got back. They were handled and with a great result. She has been a great help and communicator. We would be happy to recommend Macy's and Nancy for future business.”
“This store is spacious, clean, and well stocked for the most part. Occasionally, they might be a bit sparse in some areas, but on average, they seem to carry more inventory than other Daisos. They carry some items here that aren't commonly found elsewhere, so it's usually worth a browse if you're near a Daiso.Most items here are generally priced at the $1.75 that Daiso is famous for, but watch out for the specially priced items. For example, an iced tea bottle here was $6, which is priced more than what some markets sell them for. As a note, they list their closing time at 9pm, but the past couple of times I've visited, they have closed an hour earlier than the listed time.”
