“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

“Found this awesome little baby clothes store by a referral from another retailer. It is kind of tucked up a side street, and the signage is a little hard to see from the street, but once you find it you are in a slice of baby bliss. The store is ran and I assumed owned by the sweetest little grandmother who spent plenty of time connecting with us on a personal level. She told stories about her four daughters and ten grandchildren. She obviously works very hard to bring new and diverse items and clothing because there was so much in such a small space. There is even a small bench and play table to keep them busy. Definitely find this place for the baby in your life.”

“First time in this store. We found it because some friends had purchased gifts here for our daughter. I felt like we walked into a Sanrio type childrens clothing store. Gave me all the feels since I had fond memories of Sanrio. We had some items to exchange since our daughter would grow out of the stuff in a month, if even that. Unfortunately we had a gift receipt but was past our return window. I felt bad because the items would have gone to waste. But the kind sales associate called her manager to see what they could do for us. Being that everything was intact, we were offered the opportunity to do a same day exchange. That we did and we couldn't be happier! Thank you for not turning us away! I'll mention that we let our 16 month old roam around and she was super giddy and wouldn't leave the store. Thanks again for the awesome customer service!”

“Emily at this store is amazing! I have just gotten out of hospital recovering from Meningitis, trying to call around Osh Kosh locations to locate a particular shoe for my daughter. This is a nightmare for me right now but Emily was amazing and offered to look inventory up in the system for me when their store didn't have it. She then offered to even call those stores for me and put it on hold in my name if they have it. She was so kind and helpful and made my life so, so much easier today. This is the kind of service that makes stores stand out, that makes us choose driving to a particular store over buying online. It has always been a great team at this location but even more so now Emily is there. Thank you! Lydia”

“Great Carter's store! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and organized. They have a sma drawing station for the older kids right by the registers. They also have a couple of fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a pretty large baby selection for both boys and girls which is great. They always have some sort of sale going on, and the clearance section is in the back right and left of the store for girls and boys.”

“BabyGap has such cute clothes!!! It is Located in the Mission Viejo mall downstairs near Nordstrom. I was always under the impression that it was expensive but i wandered in here recently looking for clothes for my 3 month baby girl. I wanted to buy everything! they had some really good deals and well priced items. Great quality too! I would choose baby gap over Carter's or any other baby clothing brand. The store was laid out very well and really organized and easy to navigate a stroller.The sales people were really nice too and offered to help me find sizes in certain items....very happy with my experience here. I will be purchasing a lot more in the future.”

“I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success.”

“Best children's clothing store in San Clemente. Clothes are adorable and the owner is very sweet and helpful. She always has the newest style of super soft bamboo pajamas and the clothes are reasonably priced. I also love that she always has a sale rack so you can find something to fit just about any budget. However my absolute favorite thing about this store is that she promotes and respects personal freedom and fundamental liberties. Something you would think every American would want to do. For those that don't... don't let the door hit you on the way out”

“Meredith the manager and MK were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! Aviator Nation should definitely recognize Meredith and MK for their amazing representation of top-notch customer service!
