“The visit was well. Front staff is fairly decent at helping people. One front staff lady is petty though and kind of really is true what others have reviewed this place. Overall, visit was well and I was there for about 45 minutes for something simple.”
“I recently had the pleasure of having my blood drawn by Jennifer, and I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience was! From the moment I walked into the clinic, Jennifer's warm and inviting demeanor instantly put me at ease.
Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she explained the entire process, taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns with kindness. Jennifer’s skill in phlebotomy is truly remarkable; she is gentle and precise, making the experience as comfortable as possible. I barely felt the needle, and she completed the procedure quickly and efficiently.
Moreover, Jennifer's attention to detail and commitment to patient care is commendable. She checked in with me throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being.
I left the clinic feeling grateful for such a positive experience. If you ever need a phlebotomist, I wholeheartedly recommend Quest and Jennifer. Her professionalism, skill, and compassionate approach set her apart and make her an invaluable asset to Quest’s healthcare team.
Thank you, Jennifer, for your exceptional care!”
““I used to go to the San Clemente office, but my experiences there were not very pleasant. I’ve since switched to the Mission Viejo office, and this visit was a great experience”
“Quick, professional, streamlined and effecient. Best to make an appointment which can be easily made on their website that are 10-15 min apart. Self check-in at a kiosk was super simple and easy and was called within 5 min. ! Was out within 10. The lab techs (Jennifer was outstanding!) are professional, courteous and know what they are doing. The facility was very clean. If you are a walk-in, you will have to wait after the appts finish, the lobby was full and a couple people were there before and still waiting when I left because of no appt...just a side note.”
“I overslept and missed my appointment. I then went in as a walk-in and the young man took me right in as there was no one waiting in the waiting room. He was very polite and very fast as I told him I had to pick up my grandson in a few minutes. He was very kind and good at what he does. Kudos to him!!!”
“I am grateful for Benadict who works at this location as I try to make my appts. so I can get him! This guy is absolutely the very BEST. He is outstanding in not hurting me with my very small veins. Outstanding personality always welcoming and so very nice. I feel he is so much like the Doctor because he is so very smart about everything he knows! I always feel blessed when Benadict is there to help me! Amazing I really like when you have such experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated help at this facility! He should be commended for all that he gives to this place!”
“In and out quick as a heart beat. Greatly appreciate the quickness and great doctors. They do not ration antibiotics and will prescribe for a sinus infection. Woodbridge would not. Horrible Woodbridge and awesome new urgent care!!!!!!!”
“My prescheduled appt. time worked perfectly. I showed up and was taken in within 5 mins. The technician that helped me was engaging, funny and efficient. I was in and out in nothing flat.”
“Everything/services are very good and efficient; except some minor improvement suggestion:
The audio sound too loud at waiting room lobby, it distracts my attention on check-in registration at Kiosk machine.”
“The service is exceptionally convenient and quick when you have an appointment. If your blood work needs to be done outside of regular appointment hours, inform the staff, and they will do their best to accommodate you. The staff members are very professional and helpful, particularly Edgar, who handled my blood work.”
“Mary was very nice and was able to get my moms blood from the arm vain which is very hard because it’s hard to find the vains, also lisa was able to do the same”
“I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. Scheduling an appointment through their website was easy, and they also offered an app for convenience.
The express check-in at their kiosk was straightforward and only required my personal information, scanning my driver's license and insurance card. I hope they can offer more than one kiosk to reduce wait times. The staff was professional and courteous, and the blood draw was quick and smooth.
Overall, the process was quite impressive and efficient. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics for their efficiency and excellent service.”
“Actually really good. Did a walk in appointment in about 15 minutes total. ~8:30am on a Monday. Really easy and everyone was very polite. Best kept secret of LabCorp locations...?”
“This has the only person who can draw my blood with one stick. I am 75 and drive on the crazy freeway just to have her do it. The hospitals, labs and every other places that try, leave me bruised up and down both arms.”
“Arrived before opening after a holiday weekend. 5th person in line. In and out in less than half hour. The supervisor Sangita was very pleasant and professional. The technician was quiet but efficent in wanting to find my tiny deep veins with only one poke. She absolutely did and with no pain at all. Confident I won't bruise. I usually do with blood draws.”
“I didn't get all the bloodwork I was hoping to today (I think maybe my doctor's office dropped the ball on the full order), but wanted to write in about my positive experience.
I had to walk-in and was seen after a short wait. I had Leslie draw my blood and I had never had it done so well before. She used a butterfly needle, it was relatively painless, and she quickly extracted several tubes without much fuss. I was shocked at how efficient the process was. She's great and I hope to get her again when I come back. :)”
“The staff was polite and professional; I didn't experience the problems reported by others. I waited less than half an hour as a walk-in. I appreciated not having to pay for parking vs. a LabCorp location closer to my home that's in a hospital.
My reasons for only giving 4 out of 5 stars are:
1) I couldn't make an appointment at any local LabCorp, at a reasonable time in the morning (fasting) within a 2-week window. The LabCorp appointment web site is terrible, with many issues like the map zooming into a point off-center and inability to enter a desired time then find available locations. I reported this via a web site link but haven't received a reply.
2) The display of patients at this location had many greyed-out appointments, as if they had made an appointment but not yet shown up. This was maddening, especially given the time I wasted online trying to make an appointment.
3) The waiting area wasn't large enough nor did it have enough chairs to handle the peak crowd.”
“This is by far one of the cleanest and most compliant labs I've seen. I've been a consultant for over 100 labs, many of which are sadly non-compliant. Exceltox is a lab I'm proud to say I work with. They have been CAP accredited since 2013, which is difficult to obtain. You can trust their results.”
“We have been doing Life Line Screening for several years because early detection is always a good thing. Preventive health screenings are something I sincerely believe in and this company puts emphasis on screening to identify risk factors that can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis, and other serious illnesses. Early detection is important when identifing these conditions and their risk for developing chronic conditions before symptoms are present. The tests that are administered on-site are non-invasive screenings that involve blood pressure cufffs, stick-ons for EKG, sonagram wands for artery scans and bone density and of course questions and answers. The whole process is usually completed with twenty to thirty minutes and stay fully clothed :-) How does that old joke go? Guy goes to the doctor and they have him get undressed & put on a gown & wait on a bench. Another guy waiting says: "I'm just here for a sore throat, I winder why I had to undress. First guy: "You think you're curious, I'm just here to pay a bill". lol So back to Life Screen, the whole process starts on the phone where they asks general medical questions and get some personal history and you pay in advance. They make an appointment, you get an email, then you receive a check-in phone call a day or two prior to your appointment. Then you just show up for the exams at your appointmented time and that's it. You get your results in 2-3 weeks and they can be provided to your PCP as well. There's no insurance coverage for the on-site service that this company provides and while you might think that your primary care physician could do these tests for you that might not be so easy. I might recommend that you see your primary care doc for blood work, colonoscopy or p*** in a box, etc. as the Life Screen intake person will ask you if you'd like them to arrange that for you but that could be an insurance problem. It's always a good idea to go with the resources that you've already got in place for those kinds of additional tests. Bottom line: carotid scans, cardiovascular & peripheral & aortic scans as well as bone density scans can be a good method to detect coronary disease, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis or risk factors for stroke so I recommend these folks for good prevention measures”
“I had a short wait beyond my appointment time, but not longer than most doctor's offices. At other times, if I arrive early and they're available, they will take me right away. The Phlebotomist was friendly and very skilled. The facilities were clean. The Laguna Niguel office is now my go-to for lab work. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.”
