“Dr. Long is amazing. It is so hard to find doctors that listen to you and explain you what is happening with your body. Dr. Long takes the time to do that. The only thing that could improve is that it's hard to get an appointment with her. But it is probably because she has many patients. Something that I'd improve too is having the ability to get tests done in their office. It is inconvenient to go somewhere else for each thing you need.”
“The visit was well. Front staff is fairly decent at helping people. One front staff lady is petty though and kind of really is true what others have reviewed this place. Overall, visit was well and I was there for about 45 minutes for something simple.”

“I've finally found a doctor I can trust! Dr. Adlard was in no rush but gave me the attention and information I needed. I generally avoid doctors, mostly because I feel like just a source of income. But after seeing Dr. Adlard I don't feel that way. I might actually have routine check ups! I actually enjoyed the visit.
His nurse was excellent and knowledgable too. She said she's leaning toward retiring, but I hope she sticks around.”

“my rating is based on subject matter expertise & knowledge & capabilities. sure there may be some "customer service" areas for improvement at UCI Medical Centers (& not just this location but also their ER/Specialists). However I would rather have the rudest doctor save my life than the nicest doctor misdiagnose/mistreat me....so that is my reasoning for still scoring a 5/5⭐️•they work as a team of residents (post medical school graduates with overseeing Doctors and Higher level medical expertise above that as well).•They also provide a lot of technical information handouts so that you can understand why and what is affecting your health.• if you're seeing two departments/doctors, they will transfer your potential medical questions to each other department for increased quality oversight of the specialized medical expertise and can both see the information because it is in the same computer system•they have a lot of different capabilities with-in their network such as specialized doctors/ER/lab equipment/ pharmacy•they're an educational medical center rather than a for-profit medical center that rents out spaces (such as Hoag) where basically any doctor can just rent a room at the medical center. this means they are screened and overseen by UCI Medical which has an Educational Standard to uphold911!!! if you're having an emergency go to the UCI Emergency Location not to this location as it's only certain hours and not meant for emergencies”
“I recently moved to the OC and decided to establish my primary doctor with this facility. The front desk staff is professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. I’m glad that I met my primary doctor here because during my first visit she made me feel comfortable and did not judge or disregard all the concerns that I had regarding my health. She answers my questions thoroughly and professionally. She recommends diagnostics and treatments that I feel are appropriate. I only got my blood drawn at the lab once. So far, they have been quite efficient getting patients in and out for blood work, although I went quite early in the day. I will continue to come here as long as they keep up the great service! ☺️”
“OK, so I work in the medical field myself, and unfortunately, due to administrative stuff such as hiring staff, and a learning curve or the inexperienced or has little or poor work ethic. or with them growing their practice. The medical care can be listed with a negative review, and it’s not a reflection of the medical care, I love this office because of their continuing education they offer so many convenient options for appointments, they have amazing staff and I just love them!”
