“My favorite establishment in Novato. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Groceries are more affordable than Safeway, with much more transparent pricing. Their selection of frozen and prepared foods is international, healthy, and delicious. I pretty much live off of Trader Joe’s food.”

“I was genuinely impressed with the size of this Safeway and how well-organized and fully stocked it was. We stopped here for the first time on our way back to San Francisco to pick up a few items, and it turned out to be a very easy, stress-free shopping experience. The aisles were wide and clearly labeled, the produce section looked fresh and abundant, and everything felt clean and thoughtfully laid out. I was able to find almost everything quickly, which is not always the case in a new store.
For the one item I couldn’t locate, I asked a staff member for help, and she immediately stopped what she was doing, walked me directly to it, and was friendly and genuinely helpful the entire time. That kind of customer service makes a difference. The store also has ample parking and is easy to access right off Diablo Avenue, making it a convenient stop if you’re passing through Novato or heading back toward the city. Definitely a location I’d return to.”
