“My iPhone lower speaker didn't work & needed replacement. I normally go to another repair shop but was in the Beverly Connection are where this shop is. Great location & easy to find. I told Efrain the volume problem I was having & he knew right away what needs to be done. It would cost $79 & 45 minute waiting time. I called the other repair shop & they wanted to charge $89'with 2 hours wait. I decided to have Efrain fix my phone & went to do some shopping at the Beverly Connection mall while waiting. He fixed the phone within the 45 minutes & had it working perfect again. I like that he gave me the defective old speaker piece to show he had replaced with new one. It was cool to see what I was paying for. I had a great experience & will definitely go back to see Efrain for future repairs.”

I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). This Metro by T-Mobile definitely deserves 5☆ and I would always go back here! I highly recommend Ivan and this particular store ☆☆☆☆☆!!!”
