“The truth is, I had been considering switching from Metro to Verizon because I was tired of not being able to send or receive picture messages on my phone. After being given the run around at Verizon, I decided to see if I had any deals with Metro since I had been a customer since 2018. Sa'ad immediately helped me with my inquiry. He asked me what I was looking for and laid out my three options. After talking with me, he learned that I was open to switching to T-Mobile, and that I was eligible for the newest Samsung phone. Sa'ad has outstanding customer service skills, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and looked out for me. He even conferred with his colleague in regards to getting me a deal on a smart watch, but T-Mobile was out of stock.
