“All Walmarts here are self check and no bags (unless you pay for them ..so at least I got to keep the hangers plus I save the environment..win win...that place was EXTRA...so much on sale...great value .....it was HUGE! Not crowded at all easy in and easy out (I am used to Midwest crowded stores) spending time with family no matter where they go!”

“Letter to me for the way I was treated in the Lake Elsinore Walmart. THIS IS IS ANYTHING but 5-STAR.------------Please accept my sincerest apologies for this unacceptable behavior of store manger. You don't deserve to be treated in such a way.-----DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH A SERIAL#- I appreciate you letting me know about your negative experience. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our business, and I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. This is not the type of experience we want out customers to have. Please let me inform you that you have reached Customer Support for Walmart.com and we do not have access to store orders so are unable to assist you with store related concerns. However, we do have form to record such feedbacks which is directly overseen by Walmart Corporate. I'm also lodging a complain and forwarding it to the store department so, they could take a strict action against the manager.
