“I was at Kohl’s looking for a specific pair of Nike shoes, and they didn’t have my size in stock. Herman asked if I needed help and took the time to look up the shoes and check availability at other locations. Thanks to him, I was able to find the exact pair I wanted in my size at another store. He was incredibly kind and such a sweetheart—patient, helpful, and genuinely caring. I honestly wouldn’t have found the shoes without him!”
“This store is fun, you never know what goodies you're going to find. I've only shopped at five below three times but I will definitely return. One issue I have with the name. It's called five below right? How come is it I seem to find all the goodies over $5.00?????? All in all its still a fun place to shop”
“I visited a week ago for a trip and forgot a few things. I ran into the sweetest lady I believe her name was Julianne. Well she helped me find everything I needed, partcially because I kept running into her. I truly felt bad I kept bugging but she made my shopping experience alot easier. “I came shopping here yesterday after my trip to the Ross next door. The staff were friendly and the store looked nice. Only complaint is that the app doesn’t reflect the right number of items at the location. It was explained that the systems don’t catch up in real time. But I was still able to get a lot of my Christmas shopping done and was very happy.”
“I love this store in Murrieta! It’s located right off the 215 FWY in the Murrieta Town Center, which makes it super convenient. I found some amazing clothes, shoes and home decor at prices way lower than other department stores. The store was clean and fairly organized during my visit, and the staff—especially the cashier Hayden and the security gentleman were very welcoming and helpful. I love this store, maybe it's me but when I get in I don't want to get out! ?”

“My DIL bought a broom/dust pan combo @ a different Ross. It was broken, but the original store wouldn't take it back W/O a receipt. This Ross was on my way home so I stopped here. I had no problem with replacing the broken one. She wanted blue and all they had was teal. But I liked the teal better anyway!”

“Wide selection of just about everything Dollar Tree offers, little different layout than most others, so took a while to find the trash bags I went in for. A/C is cranking in this place though, to the point the front doors are being blown open partially because of it.”
