I love that they didn't cost an arm and a leg, but still high quality. I got them within a week, which I was not expecting. It's worth the wait. He got out and somehow stepped in oil all the way up his hind leg. Ran inside the house and proceeded to try and clean himself and vomited a over my room. I asked for an appt the following morning and he went to ask. I was told to bring him in immediately because she didn't want him to try and clean himself all night. 1 hr later my cat was good as new. I am so appreciative for the urgency and the care she took in cleaning him up. I won't take my animals anywhere else.

They took great care of him and knew exactly what he needed. He did have a little matting But the owner, Jennifer was able to remove it with no problem. I will be bringing him back often! So I can get my dog groomed, boarded as needed and she has dogs of her own so I know if socializing is needed, she can make it happen. To top of it all, is that Iwona is super nice, friendly, and understands how to take care of my little baby in a way that other groomers don't get, bc she has her own dogs, horses, alpacas and clearly has a real love for animals. She is so authentic because of this. Love this place!

31577 Canyon Estates DrSuite 100, Lake Elsinoreok before you read any of the other 1 stars reviews, including my own 1 star review, please know that the whole staff has been removed and a new ownership is starting over fresh. new owner, new stylist, new attitude, new paint on the floor, new everything. the astroturf on the floor is gone, no more smell and big changes are coming. you can read the other reviews, but its pointless now..... give the new owner emily a chance, i sat with her for like 4 hours yesterday and we talked all about the cons of this place and everything appears to be heading in a postive direction. give this place another chance, i dont think you will be dissapointed anymore.

Staff was friendly and professional. They did an amazing job, and believe me, my girl was looking rough due the holidays. I even took my other baby in for just a nail trim with no issues. We have 2 Standard Poodles and have had them groomed by several groomers. No one has ever come close to what Sharon has done with our dogs. When we pick them up they are seriously ready for the highest level of show dog competition. Sure, we’ve picked them up a little late once in a while but the time and effort she puts into our dogs can’t be found anywhere else. She is also a very generous woman who gave us a professional grooming blow dryer to help us keep up with what is needed for Standard Poodle show dogs. This was pure generosity on her part and she wouldn’t accept a penny for it. It was nearly brand new and probably close to $200 dollars. So any of you haters out there that think otherwise keep on thinking it but I know in my heart what a kind and caring person Sharon is. I highly recommend her. I’d drive hundreds of miles just to have her groom them. Just give her a chance. I’m certain she’ll do a great job on any dog and if you are truly unhappy with the results, get a hold and I’ll pay for your dogs grooming myself.

The entire team is genuinely kind, and the girls who work there are really sweet. You can tell they love what they do because it shows in the way they talk to the animals, the patience they have, and the care they put into every visit. It feels good to walk into a veterinary office where your pets are treated like family and not just another appointment on the schedule. Our dogs are always comfortable there, and that says everything. I am grateful to have found a place that provides not only excellent medical attention but also warmth and compassion. I would absolutely recommend Mountain View Small Animal Hospital to anyone who wants their pets to be in loving hands.

29420 Hunco Way, Lake ElsinoreNobody ever wants to deal with the need for a service like this, but there does come a time (when that person wants more than just disposing of their pet). We were away from home on a short trip when we were notified by our DIL, who had stopped by to check on our dogs, that one (of three) had died in our absence. He was the youngest so it came as a shock to say the least. We were unable to return home to deal with it ourselves and she contacted a few places, with West Coast Pet Memorial Services (Lake Elsinore) as the only one stepping up to the plate to assist in a timely manner (one other outfit was willing to at literally x3 the cost). The little guy was picked up and the DIL told us the employee who arrived was kind and professional. A pet can be taken and dropped off at the facility by yourself, but we were not about to put her through that and never made the request of her to do so. We returned home two days later, on a Thursday, and were provided the info about West Coast. We looked at their site to determine what we would desire for them to do with the remains. Upon calling them the woman I spoke with was empathetic, acknowledging the emotional aspect of making decisions, and advised us to take the weekend to come to a consensus. We did just that. I called back on Monday and explained we wanted a solo cremation, which included a cedar box urn (they have many to choose from, for an additional price) and paw print on clay. The price was reasonable for the overall pickup, transport, cremation, urn and paw print. We picked up the remains and paw print three days later. The urn and paw print are both beautiful, which is appreciated. It has been two months now and we are both slowly getting over our loss. I appreciate the service we were provided and plan to use them when the other two pass away, with one potentially happening in the near future. This business is recommended by us.

Staff was lovely, my girl was taken care of well.
My only gripe is the add on service. I purchased, post op sedation, pain meds, cone, and nail trim. There is no point in purchasing the post op sedation, they give you Gabapetin which does nothing. My family is experienced with this drug, we’ve given it to her in the past at a much higher dose, she’s almost more energetic on it. The cone hardly fits and flops around, just order one from anywhere else. I would avoid these addons.

The donuts we got were freshly made and absolutely delicious. We decided to eat inside, the people there were so friendly, inviting and welcoming. When we were finishing up, we had mentioned that it was our first time there and we had a complimentary free donut. We will definitely be coming back!!
