Recently, one of our snakes passed away, and our other snake suddenly stopped eating. We were extremely worried. I called the shop and spoke with Anthony, the owner. Without hesitation, he told me to bring her in so he could take a look.
As soon as we arrived, Anthony knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He took her in for rehabilitation for a week, and when I came back to pick her up, she was 100% better and back to her normal self. Anthony did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, and our family is incredibly grateful for his help and expertise.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares not only about reptiles but also about the families who love them. The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional. If you're looking for a reptile store you can trust, this is the place. I can't recommend Anthony and his team highly enough.

We quickly discovered that Dr. Siringo is such an amazing Veterinarian who truly cares about each animal and treats them as a family member. We have been through 2 generations of cats and dogs in our household with Dr. Siringo. He doesn’t just throw medication at a pet, he discusses different options. He gives thorough explanations for each situation, is thorough on explaining test results, and is patient with and listens to questions and concerns. His surgery expertise is phenomenal, and after a bladder stone surgery on our dog I couldn’t even see the scar later down the road! And when it comes time to say goodbye to a beloved pet, Dr. Siringo is very loving, compassionate, and understanding during that difficult time.
We just moved out of state and already miss Dr. Siringo’s Veterinarian care. If we had only moved 2 hours away, I would still make the trip to see Dr. Siringo as he is well worth the visit for my furry family member’s healthcare.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siringo at this location 200%!!

Before bring my dog there he was a wild puppy (Aussie) and we also found out he went deaf. So once I spoke with Steven about my dogs current situation and we met in person to do an evaluation he said my dog would be a great candidate and the following week I enrolled him and dropped him off.
After the 3 weeks my dog was completely different, still was a happy boy but way more well behaved. They did E collar for him since he can’t hear and dog sign language. Steven was the main trainer with him and he did an outstanding job. My dog understand place super well. His recall is amazing on and off leash and he understands when it’s time to relax. Overall such a difference. Since getting him back we keep up with his training and what they taught me on pick up day. And it’s working out super well I get compliments all the time on how my puppy (8-9 month old Aussie) is so well behaved. They also did a 1 week at home lesson to see how he adjusted and the first 2 days were an obstacle of course because he is coming from their facility to home but once he realized where everything was and how it is he is even adjusting to knew skills Steven taught us at the 1 week at home check up. Overall highly encourage anyone to seek them for dog training your dog will 100% come back well trained

45205 De Portola Road, TemeculaI brought my 11-month-old German Shepherd to Marvel K9 for their advanced off-leash board and train program. Leaving him there for several weeks made me really nervous, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I've made.
They truly love dogs and took great care of my boy. My biggest concern was that he wouldn't be the same dog when he came home, but he's still 100% his old goofy, happy self... just much better behaved. They were also great about answering all my questions and putting up with my frequent requests for pictures while he was there.
The part that impressed me the most, though, was how they handled bringing him home. They didn't ask me to pick him up and they did not just drop him off and leave. They took the time to walk me through everything, get us started with his routine and training in our own environment, and make sure we were set up for success before they left. I really think that made a huge difference.
It's only been a day since he came home, but we've already had plenty of chances to see his training in action. My pest control guy came by, and instead of getting overly excited like he would have before, he stayed in place without reacting. Seeing that kind of change so quickly has been amazing.
One thing I've come to appreciate even more is that this program wasn't rushed. Years ago, I hoped to have my grandparents' dog trained through a different program that was advertised as being similar, but it only lasted about less than a week. After seeing what Marvel K9 does, I honestly don't think the two programs are comparable. Marvel K9 took several weeks because they weren't just teaching commands. They took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable, confident, and happy before expecting him to perform at this level. To me, that's what made all the difference. The end result wasn't just an obedient dog. It was the same dog with a huge personality I dropped off, just with the skills and confidence to make much better choices.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're on the fence about doing a board and train because you're worried about leaving your dog for a few weeks, I completely get it. I felt the same way. I always said I would never do it, actually, but I did and I don't regret it. I'd absolutely recommend Marvel K9 to train your pups.

They don’t give you false hope saying that they’re gonna turn your dog into the most perfect dog ever while they are away at training with them, but instead they give you realistic expectations and are very straightforward in informing you that you will have to maintain and keep up with what your dog learns from them. So right off the bat if you think that you’re going to be able to drop your dog off to get trained and then pick them up and bring them home and not follow through with the lessons Provided in the cost and not have to keep up with it on your end then you really shouldn’t bring your dog to get trained anywhere. I am grateful for the foundation that Gene and Jenn set for my dog Duke I am excited to not only continue with the lessons that we have remaining, but also keep up with it on my end as it is already very clear how beneficial the four week training Duke has completed has been for him! When I tell you not in 1 million years did I think my sweet cuddly overprotective boy would be able to roam in my backyard ready to bark at something behind our back wall and be called by name to come to me and without any corrections needed but instead just turn around and gallop to me within a second!!!! Something I do want to share that I’m sure not everyone cares about, but I think is good to put out is that with Cranks custom canines you are allowed to visit with your dog while they are away at Training!!!! And not only are you allowed to visit but they are extremely patient and understanding with you when you overload them with questions or concerns they remain patient and understanding. They are also very prompt at responding when you message them in regards to just about anything while your dog is at Training or already home as well. While my duke was away for four weeks being trained, he has learned a lot, and although I still have a lot to learn in lessons ahead, I am overwhelmed with Happiness and satisfaction from seeing all of his adventures during training, along with being able to see all the best friends he made along the way! I’m beyond hopeful to see my skittish boy slowly become stronger and more confident every step of the way! And I’m so relieved to know that there is so much hope in him being able to interact with both dogs bigger in size and smaller in size from him as before Training this was a non-negotiable. He was not about any dogs other than his siblings in our house! I apologize if this Reviews everywhere, but on an ending no, I will say that I promise to come back and leave another review or update this Review as time goes on! For now, we are so happy to have our boy back and all the cuddles that we’ve missed out on for the last month and being said we know he also misses his cuddle time with his “Auntie” Jenn!

It was designed and built to be a kennel. Each animal gets its own (or you can combine) 8x8 kennel with 4ft walls. They both take the animals out 4 times a day. I can't tell you the comfort knowing that our pups were being well taken care of. Naomi even sent photos of the pups while we were away. They allowed us to bring anything we wanted like toys and pillows. SUPER accommodating. We could not have asked for better care.

She completely understood my concerns and my dog's behavioral problems. I've had my dog for 15 years now and he's always had aggression problems but it suddenly got scary this year after we moved out of a home he and I had lived in for his entire life to relocate for my work. She's super gentle, does NOT use a nasty choke chain or pull some abhorrent Caesar Milan rubbish on your dog and that is what I was looking for. My dog is my baby, he has been for 15+ years, and I wanted a gentle hand, not a smack across the face. She doesn't raise her voice or stare them down to assert dominance. Teri works her magic with patience and understanding instead of fear and dominance and for that, she has my utmost respect. Please give her a shot! Sadly, we had to stop working with her because we're moving soon but I plan on checking in with her as soon as we get settled! She's a rare gem in a crazy world.
