Recently, one of our snakes passed away, and our other snake suddenly stopped eating. We were extremely worried. I called the shop and spoke with Anthony, the owner. Without hesitation, he told me to bring her in so he could take a look.
As soon as we arrived, Anthony knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He took her in for rehabilitation for a week, and when I came back to pick her up, she was 100% better and back to her normal self. Anthony did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, and our family is incredibly grateful for his help and expertise.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares not only about reptiles but also about the families who love them. The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional. If you're looking for a reptile store you can trust, this is the place. I can't recommend Anthony and his team highly enough.

Butterfield Animal Hospital
33449 Temecula Pkwy, TemeculaOur experience with this hospital and Dr. Wagner was above expectations. We were in need of a quick ultrasound and our previous hospital could not accommodate. I called around and everyone else was extremely expensive and had outside Dr. come in once a week to preform test. This facility has it all in house and had it done same afternoon and reasonable. The tech’s , receptionist’s and complete staff were compassionate. Unfortunately We were fighting a battle we could not win. Cancer of the spleen took my 3 year old golden. Dr.Wagner did everything she could and was very compassionate throughout.

We didn’t think they were gonna be able to get us in or help us since it was so last minute, but Gabriel Estrada the practice manager was the absolute best. He made our pup feel super calm and was so understanding and nice to us about everything. As college kids were balling on a budget and Gabriel understood completely and got us in and out in maybe a hour or two. Not long at all especially given that this was at the very last minute! So major shoutout to Gabriel.

We quickly discovered that Dr. Siringo is such an amazing Veterinarian who truly cares about each animal and treats them as a family member. We have been through 2 generations of cats and dogs in our household with Dr. Siringo. He doesn’t just throw medication at a pet, he discusses different options. He gives thorough explanations for each situation, is thorough on explaining test results, and is patient with and listens to questions and concerns. His surgery expertise is phenomenal, and after a bladder stone surgery on our dog I couldn’t even see the scar later down the road! And when it comes time to say goodbye to a beloved pet, Dr. Siringo is very loving, compassionate, and understanding during that difficult time.
We just moved out of state and already miss Dr. Siringo’s Veterinarian care. If we had only moved 2 hours away, I would still make the trip to see Dr. Siringo as he is well worth the visit for my furry family member’s healthcare.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siringo at this location 200%!!

TemeculaWe had an amazing experience working with Mark as our dog trainer. He worked with our 1-year-old dog, Colt, for five lessons, and the transformation has been incredible. Before training, Colt struggled with listening, lacked confidence, and didn’t really respect commands.
Mark is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about both the dog and the owner. He didn’t just train Colt, he gave us the tools, guidance, and confidence to continue reinforcing everything at home. His approach made a huge difference in Colt’s behavior and confidence level.

The most recent class we attended was rattlesnake aversion training with Andrew, and it was excellent. He was very patient with my dogs and especially helpful when my more reactive dog was struggling.
I would definitely recommend them, especially during the hotter months when rattlesnakes are more active and out and about!

45205 De Portola Rd, TemeculaI brought my 11-month-old German Shepherd to Marvel K9 for their advanced off-leash board and train program. Leaving him there for several weeks made me really nervous, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I've made.
They truly love dogs and took great care of my boy. My biggest concern was that he wouldn't be the same dog when he came home, but he's still 100% his old goofy, happy self... just much better behaved. They were also great about answering all my questions and putting up with my frequent requests for pictures while he was there.
The part that impressed me the most, though, was how they handled bringing him home. They didn't ask me to pick him up and they did not just drop him off and leave. They took the time to walk me through everything, get us started with his routine and training in our own environment, and make sure we were set up for success before they left. I really think that made a huge difference.
It's only been a day since he came home, but we've already had plenty of chances to see his training in action. My pest control guy came by, and instead of getting overly excited like he would have before, he stayed in place without reacting. Seeing that kind of change so quickly has been amazing.
One thing I've come to appreciate even more is that this program wasn't rushed. Years ago, I hoped to have my grandparents' dog trained through a different program that was advertised as being similar, but it only lasted about less than a week. After seeing what Marvel K9 does, I honestly don't think the two programs are comparable. Marvel K9 took several weeks because they weren't just teaching commands. They took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable, confident, and happy before expecting him to perform at this level. To me, that's what made all the difference. The end result wasn't just an obedient dog. It was the same dog with a huge personality I dropped off, just with the skills and confidence to make much better choices.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're on the fence about doing a board and train because you're worried about leaving your dog for a few weeks, I completely get it. I felt the same way. I always said I would never do it, actually, but I did and I don't regret it. I'd absolutely recommend Marvel K9 to train your pups.

I first used Wendy with Leader of the Pack 10 years ago with my bichon-poo Bon Bon, who was a rescue had a myriad of obedience and behavior issues, and just recently with my maltipoo puppy Cookie who is, well ... a puppy! . She clearly loves dogs and teaches positive reinforcement to teach, and gentle communication to correct. In both instances there was great improvement in just the first session, and both graduated with their Canine Good Citizen certificate by the end of our sessions. Cookie, at just one year, also passed her Control Evaluation to begin doing therapy dog work. I've read over a dozen dog training books but Wendy taught me things I'd never seen elsewhere. Having a trained dog is not only rewarding but makes it enjoyable to take your dog with you in public places and also adds peace of mind, having confidence that they'll obey you. I can't say enough positive things about Wendy and I highly recommend her!

Great Oak Kennels Luxury Dog Boarding
32736 Los Encinos Dr, TemeculaGreat Oak Kennels deserves an A++!!! Naomi and Rob are both very kind and willing to work with just about any accommodations. The facility is VERY clean. It was designed and built to be a kennel. Each animal gets its own (or you can combine) 8x8 kennel with 4ft walls. They both take the animals out 4 times a day. I can't tell you the comfort knowing that our pups were being well taken care of. Naomi even sent photos of the pups while we were away. They allowed us to bring anything we wanted like toys and pillows. SUPER accommodating. We could not have asked for better care.
