We have no history and couldn't provide specific information, we were concerned about this first groom. Jennifer not only made us confident and comfortable, but from Henry's behavior, he enjoyed the visit as well. Highly recommend Jennifer and Must Love Paws. 23811 Bridger Rd Ste 101, Lake ForestHolli really saved Trooper and I today. Trooper is a med size dog at 45 lbs and his dew claws were so sharp I kept getting cut when we play. I went to our vet and Trooper is a bit jumpy and anxious so they would not do it unless they put him to sleep. They quoted me $320 to do that!! This was awful and I did not want to do that to him. I stopped by her place to see what she thought. She is so chill and calm and my dog was cool with her and she took time to take care of us right there in about 3 minutes and shared some great advice too. Really made my day. Thank you so much! I will be back.

Long story short, Jasmine and Amanda went above and beyond to resolve the issue and really made me feel at ease about a frustrating situation involving a charge that should have been interest-free, but ended up not, unbeknownst to both myself and VCA Arroyo. These ladies worked to resolve my request in a timely and diligent manner, and ended up saving me some money as a result. I appreciate the caring, kind service. I have been a customer at this location since 2014 and drive by several other VCA hospitals to get to this hospital and I will continue to do so because of the service I received from this team! With our previous dog, we tried a different training company (using a prong collar) and it just never sat well with me - I could tell our dog didn't like the collar, which made us not want to use it, and all the training was wasted.
We started with puppy kindergarten when Pickles was a few months old and right away, Cassie and her team were amazing. They accommodated different energy levels and the unique needs of each dog, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
We've now completed several classes and some private training and I can wholeheartedly recommend Clickstart for any dog! Or really, any owner, because we're the ones being trained ;) Pickles is obsessed with all of the trainers and it makes training so much more enjoyable when he is having fun, too!

They are fantastic for daycare and boarding. They saved me when I needed to take some emergency time off as king had never been alone at night without me or my mom and they treated him so well! Now, we are doing training and I love everything they are about and do. Day 1 after training there is a big difference! I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness and how they not only treat king, but how they treat me! I referred them to everyone I know! Way better than a dog park as it’s controlled and safe! Came in enough for the chef to notice (sometimes they will come from the back to take your order) and the staff is very kind and easy going. The location is small and it may seem under staffed, but the food is always ready in a timely manor and the amount I get is consistent every time. If you get there and no one is around, ring the bell, there are good people working here. The prices are completely fair and the food is great!

Atmosphere is great with the unique colors, surfers theme, indoor and outdoor seating, and the food is amazing. The pastrami sandwiche is better than The Hat, just completely blows them away. All of the sandwiches are pretty amazing.
They just know how to do sandwiches. My favorite is the Baja beef with banana peppers and jalapeno. Just so good, it's not even funny.
