I love that it is organic fresh food, without a bunch of fillers or sketchy ingredients. It seems to agree with her delicate GI system and allergies. Liz is very helpful on the phone, picking a recipe and then holding a delivery until after the holidays for us. Highly recommend!

40 Whitford, IrvineJan has taken care of my dog for more than four years. I needed someone patient and gentle after a bad experience somewhere else. Thank goodness I found her because she also saved my dog’s life by telling me about a special heart surgery in Japan. My old veterinary cardiologist was against it when I asked her about it but I joined the group that Jan recommended and the team at Jasmine clinic saved her life three years ago. I’m so fortunate that I can continue to take my dog to see Jan. She still doesn’t like being dropped off for grooming but she isn’t growling and she looks adorable when I pick her up.

Brixby is equally happy to see them ?Doggy daycare is very convenient and reasonably priced; $36 for up to 5 hours and $57 for a full day (from business open to close). It feels comforting to know that Brixby is cared about by the staff at Paw Sweet Paw. Great business in Irvine!

My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.
Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.

I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.
I really understand why this vet office is busy!!

This was my first visit with my dog. We came in because his allergies had flared up and he developed a hot spot. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel so welcome. The customer service was outstanding! From the receptionists, to the veterinary assistant, to the veterinarian herself.
They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, including the medications, recommended vaccines, why they suggested them, and provided a detailed cost breakdown with different options. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. While I wasn't able to do everything I wanted during this visit, we were able to get the medications my dog needed, and I truly appreciated how understanding and helpful everyone was.
We will absolutely be returning, and this will be our primary veterinarian going forward.
I wish I had remembered the names of all the wonderful ladies who took care of us, but we visited on the morning of June 30. To everyone who helped us that day- thank you for your kindness, patience, and exceptional care. You made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one, and it means more than you know.

At one point, Mong developed a serious heart condition and nearly lost his life. Thanks to the quick response of the doctors and staff, along with their prompt referral to a specialist, he was able to get the treatment he needed and pull through a very difficult situation.

While it's too long and too personal a story to share details here, I've spent the last several years in a family caregiving situation in which I was unable to have a social life or enjoy my hobbies due to balancing full-time work and caregiving. Recently, I've been trying to reclaim some time for myself, but now I have two senior dogs with medical conditions to look after, and this alone makes it challenging to go out. Sylvia has made it possible for me to do so, thereby basically saving my mental health, haha. Every pet parent wants someone truly reliable whom they can trust, and Sylvia is absolutely that kind of person. She is not just genuinely knowledgeable and experienced, she is also just a kind, wonderful person who is easy to work with. I can't express how reassuring it feels to be out doing something you enjoy, but then also partly worried about your furry friends, and then to get a text update from Sylvia with photos (like the ones attached here) showing your beloved pets fed, medicated, and resting peacefully. I can't recommend Sylvia's services enough, but I also don't want you to book her too often because that's exactly what *I* want to do! LOL ?

IrvineI highly recommend Adam to anyone in the area that is looking for a dog trainer! My wife and I recently had a baby and unfortunately our dog was extremely unhappy with the arrival of our daughter. He was aggressive towards our newborn and would go crazy anytime he saw or heard her. We interviewed a few dog trainers but ended up going with Adam due to his overall demeanor and confidence that he could help our dog overcome his fear of/anger towards the baby. Adam worked with our dog five days a week and we quickly saw improvement, our dog is now completely comfortable around our baby and is still the same loving happy dog he was prior to training. If you are on the fence, go with Adam, I couldn’t recommend him more!
