Everyone was so gentle and kind with the dogs, and I was amazed at how calm and happy all the pups were. It really feels like they have a magic touch. My dog loves her spa appointment! We've seen Jan for a few years and if you are looking for a "dog whisperer", gentle, happy, kind, professional dog groomer with reasonable prices, quit looking and book an appointment. Jan is pretty busy, so get on a wait list if there isn't an immediate opening, it is worth the wait!

I brought our long-haired cat in for a lion cut and they did an excellent job. They called to double-check exactly how I wanted the cut done before starting and let me know about some dry skin they found. Overall great communication and service. Pricing seemed consistent with other groomers I've used. I'm sure we'll be back with our cat and I will likely bring our dog in as well.

The people who work there clearly love animals and are so compassionate and caring! The facilities are constantly being cleaned and have cameras in the playrooms so you can peek in on your pet anytime you want to see how they're doing. I loved their quality of service so much that we've started using their training program and plan to use them for boarding in the future as well. We love Paw Sweet Paw - Keep up the amazing work!!!

13925 Yale Ave #115, IrvineI cannot recommend Northwood Animal Hospital enough, especially for those with small pets. My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.
Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.

I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.
I really understand why this vet office is busy!!

Even during the year-end holiday season, the entire team continued to follow up closely on our case and never once made us feel rushed or ignored. They communicated promptly with external agencies and laboratories, coordinated seamlessly with government offices, and always took the initiative to move things forward.
What impressed us most was their genuine care for us as pet owners. They understood how stressful international pet relocation can be and supported us not only professionally, but emotionally as well. Every staff member treated us with kindness, patience, and empathy.
Although there was no direct benefit to them, they went above and beyond to help us, dedicating their time, energy, and expertise until the very end. We truly felt that they were on our side throughout the entire process.
We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs a veterinary team that is both highly competent and deeply compassionate.

This was the first time we ever boarded her so I wanted to make sure she had the best care which is why I went with Club Cat. We got the Aristocat offer with a window view and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Hazel spent the first 2 days tucked away in her cubby but around day 4-7, she would be super active at night and loved looking out the window. By day 8/9, she was even showing her face during the day! There was a certain point where I was worried she might be lonely and the workers there were quick to check up on her and make sure she saw some human faces as she got more comfortable. The postcards were also great, especially as I was beginning to really miss Hazel. Highly recommend!

Their oatmilk lattes are by far my favorite thing to get there. They use quality syrups, espresso beans, and oatmilk! It tastes the same EVERY time which is amazing to me and so very appreciated!
Also, the location is absolutely perfect. It's clean, tidy, and overall such a fun vibe. You can tell Joy and Q love what they do and it is apparent in how the run their shop.

I built my own plate with beef kabab and koobideh—both were well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The salad selection was great with lots of fresh options to choose from.
We also tried the Santorini bowl, which was super refreshing and packed with flavor. The dipped trio was a highlight too: spicy feta, original hummus, and spicy harissa hummus, all served with sliced veggies and warm pita bread.
Overall, it’s a solid lunch spot with satisfying portions, bold Mediterranean flavors, and food that never leaves me feeling heavy or guilty.
