“Highly recommend! We thought our AC was broken and were told we needed a replacement, until we called Compass Home Services. They gave us an honest second opinion and turns out we didn't need a replacement after all! We took their advice and had Compass repair the part at a fraction of what we thought it would cost.”

“I used to avoid going to the post office at all costs, even if it cost more to use UPS or FedEx, but today I went to the post office in Lake Forest and they changed my mind completely! The place was clean. The air conditioning worked. And the staff was super nice and FAST! Chrissy helped me send a complicated package overseas and was cheerful and super helpful!”

“Never have any problems here in the probably 7+ years I've been at this location. However, I also sell online and get a pre-pay label every time, so I just come here to drop off my packages. Long story short - yes, they're understaffed. I always only ever see three staff working in the front in this location. More than half of people's questions/problems here can be solved by reading the post office website for more information or googling. Closes at 5pm. Front desk area is only open I believe until 4pm, but I could be wrong. Worst times to come based on my experience is near lunchtime (12pm) and afternoon (3:45pm) on weekdays. I don't come on weekends because they're usually much busier. Staff have always been very helpful and courteous with me. Currently, the two drop off blue boxes you drive up to on the side of the post office are out of service because some lunatic keeps trying to steal mail from there, so only one remains and it's always locked.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for USPS clerk Josh

I arrived at the post office just about five minutes before their closing time, with a particularly complex request. I needed to first use the self-service kiosk to prepare a prepaid Priority Mail envelope (which required purchasing postage and printing a label) and then go to the counter to mail my passport renewal documents to the Chinese Consulate.

When I first approached the self-service kiosk, I was completely unfamiliar with how to operate it. Josh noticed I was struggling, and despite the fact that it was already the end of the day, he came over voluntarily and patiently walked me through each step of the process. He explained everything clearly, ensured that my prepaid envelope was set up correctly with the right postage and tracking number, and then assisted me at the counter to prepare and send my package.

What truly impressed me was his extraordinary patience and professionalism. Even though by the time we completed the entire process it was more than 30 minutes past his scheduled closing time, Josh showed absolutely no sign of impatience. He maintained a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor throughout, making sure that everything was done correctly and that I felt comfortable with the process.

This level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. Josh not only demonstrated technical expertise but also genuine care for customers, going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I am sincerely grateful for his help and hope that USPS will recognize his exceptional dedication and professionalism.

Thank you, Josh, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience.”

“Great staff and a very convenient drop-off location right next to the freeway exit. They manage the waiting line quite well—while not always perfect, it’s usually much shorter compared to other locations. Special thanks to Malik and Tom for doing a great job at this USPS location!”
