“Awesome service! I went in today with my mother to return a couple of items using spare USPS packaging / envelopes we had lying around.
It was our first time learning about the different packages, and how we had to match the packaging to the return label (Ground VS Priority). There was a blonde curly bob employee (I believe her name was Christy, or Chrissie ) who helped us with our packages, and was super kind and patient with us. I also observed two other employees that worked fast & efficient. Despite the initial hesitance (it was my and my mother's first time shipping items out, and the past reviews made us hesitant), I will definitely come back to this branch. Thank you so much!”

I was very overwhelmed on how to ship boxes internatioanlly, and she helped me easily understand the process and what I should do to ensure my packages are successfully shipped overseas. Arenna is super accommodating, friendly, and provides one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a post office. A+++ :)”
“I don’t know what people are complaining about. The individuals who work here are so nice and funny. Yeah sometimes there’s only one person at the counter and the line gets long but it’s a small post office. What do you expect. My dudes here are doing their best!”
