“Great gym. Personally I don’t talk with people when I work out and none of the staff of other people working out get in my way or try to chat. But I do see them being very friendly with people just joining the gym or who just want to talk. Like I said great spot and good people. Also it is basically never busy. Like nowhere near 24 hour fitness. There is a squat rack open probably 99 times out of a hundred”

“I started at this gym January 2nd 2024 and I’ve been invited to 5 parties, lost 30 lbs, competed 3 times, and continue to meet new incredible people and try new classes! The class floor plan changes each week and follows a similar pattern throughout each day and usually alternates upper body and lower body focus days. At least that is what I’ve noticed. You have the opportunity to do heavier work sometimes and then there is also 4 CrossFit style classes a week if you enjoy Olympic lifting and CrossFit movements. All the trainers are super great that I’ve had so far and are knowledgeable about the movements and mobility! Highly recommend especially for endurance based training and cross training. It’s really helped me lose the weight! They have a few challenges a year and the prices are good and it’s fun to get points! Come to the 430pm class and say hi!”

“I've been coming to BU since 2018 and there is no other place like it. Francine does an amazing job creating an inclusive environment for women to come and weight lift in small groups. She both challenges you and makes modifications when needed. Classes are well paced and perfect for work schedules whether you need an early morning or evening class. I've learned so much about weight lifting, form, and nutrition from Francine over the years while hitting PRs throughout. A fun bonus is the community outings we do throughout the year. There is no other community like this! Check it out, it is 110% worth your while.”

“I cannot rave enough about East County Crossfit! I started coming here when I moved to San Diego in 2023. Although there are many great coaches at East County, I have spent the most time with Coach Paul and Coach Erica. Both are fabulous coaches that are focused on preventing injury and helping you become strong and more athletic.I used to think that Crossfit was too intense for me or that I would bulk up. Spoiler alert, it is actually somewhat difficult to build muscle and found that instead of becoming bulky, I have become more lean and fit. And so much stronger! East County offers 3 different options at each workout, level 1, level 2 and an alternate option (like weight vest Wednesday), plus a fun partner workout on Fridays. Any one of any fitness level is able to join with the help of these fabulous coaches.My favorite part about East County is that it gave me a community when moving to a new city. I actually look forward to my 5:15am workout class! Okay, I also really appreciate the focus on longevity and preparing our bodies to be healthy as we age. I highly recommend this gym!”

“I came to Gonzalo with a BIG deadlift goal in mind. I had been lifting for a few years on my own, so a part of me questioned whether I “needed” a coach. I did it anyway and am grateful because I’m leaving 2023 a better, more skilled and confident powerlifter. Gonzalo is BIG on injury prevention; seeing evidence of that week over week encouraged me to push my limits more than I would have. Our sessions were insightful and my form is significantly improved. Gonzalo is a fabulous coach and the BEST investment I’ve made in myself this year. I am better because of him and RTS Fitness.”

When I found out about El Cajon, Jazzercise I just wanted to give myself the opportunity to find another way to stay active since going to the gym just isn't for me. From the first class I realized that not only is exercising but Jazzercise is dancing, having fun and meeting people with the same needs that I had. Exercise in a fun and enjoyable way. The time goes by very quickly, I do what the Dr and anyone who knows a little about health would recommend. Exercise regularly.

“I’ve been to several CrossFit and “group workout” gyms and Kivnon has been by far my favourite. Everyone is friendly, the equipment is great, and whether you’re advanced, or beginner, the coaches are very accommodating.

I’d like to especially shout out Aren, who has been one of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with. Any time a new person is present he goes out of his way to assist, adjust, accommodate, and support throughout the workout, making things easy to understand, fun, but challenging enough to get an excellent workout.”

“Nothing compares to anytime fitness! I have chuze gym as well for the sauna but I had to get AF back for the privatized feeling. The machines are more available and everyone who comes here is about their business. Do what needs to be done and leave. Love that I can travel and still have access to a gym with private showers. I’ve been to a lot of other AF locations and this location is one of the cleanest gyms. Feels so amazing to be back, thank you Amanda for welcoming me back and having me again, I appreciate your hospitality.”
