“Carlos and Khalid were great! I switched from T-Mobile and Metro PCS. My biggest thing is being able to get in and out as quick as possible and both Metro and T-Mobile took over an hour and a half sometimes close to 2 hours to get me squared away with a new phone. I went into cricket and was greeted by Carlos and I told him I want to get in and out of here quick with a phone and new service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paid and done. I would recommend this location entirely, and would recommend cricket in general as I've already experienced far better quality of service.”

“I got my cellphone repaired here through my insurance with T-Mobile and my phone was
returned to me in brand new condition! I had dropped my phone on concrete and my clumsiness caused my whole front screen to be cracked and half of the screen was blacked out.
The repair was very quick, just under an hour.
The shopping center the repair shop is located has plenty of parking and shops/restaurants to browse or eat at while you wait.”
“Steve is the person to ask for if you have a non tech savvy friend who needs a new smart phone or watch. In my case, Steve was there 100 % for my friend who bought a new smartwatch...she bought it because of its fall activation features, primarily. Steve guided my friend through each step, explaining the watch's features, followed up that she actually received her purchase made at Costco and then made an appointment with her to activate the watch. He is patient, kind, and takes all the time a non-tech savvy customer needs to feel comfortable with their new purchase. Steve is the go-to personI recommend for T-Mobile services at Costco La Mesa.”

I am taken aback cause I came on here to write a review specifically about an employee and I see a negative review about him and I cannot believe it cause me and my father had service with Dominick/Dominic (6/25/2024 @ 1pm) and he EXCEEDED our expectations I am not a huge fan of Verizon when I call the contact center so I had to go in and Dominic was amazing. He helped up get a new Iphone, walked us through options, deals and transferred all Android data to the Iphone and let us know he and their store were always available to help. I will always go to this store moving forward for my needs because of his great service, professionalism and care/consideration. He is an asset to the company and made our day. Thanks again D”

“Riley and Anna at the Grove Verizon store were excellent, they were very helpful in answering questions and setting up our new phones, the phones we replaced were 7 years old and I don't do back-ups as often as I should. There were some issues transferring some of my data specifically my contacts, between the 2 of them they were able to work out a solution and all my data made it to my new device. All in all I would say it was a painless process for both me and my wife. 5 stars for Riley and Anna, great job and great expirience”
“I took my phone in because it wasn't charging. The staff there stated he could fix it in 20 minutes. I gave him my phone, waited the 20 minutes in my car, came back and my phone was charging again! Charged a fair price, much cheaper than having to replace my phone through insurance.”
