Despite the fact that the environment is complicated for delivery, since even coyotes often don't reach the remote places where many live????. You always have a wonderful attitude despite the people's bad behavior. Please don't change, your work group it's incredible. ??”

“We were visiting from out of state & had more stuff to take home than we came with. We stopped by the Post Office to look at box sizes, etc., and were really pleased with the help we received. We weren't sure what we needed & the two men there were very helpful, and suggested items we might need---tape, bubble wrap, and box size--as well as helping us figure out cost comparisons for different shipping. Everyone likes to complain, it seems, so it's nice to be able to give a good review for those who do their job, do it well, and act like they actually care. It was a really pleasant experience & everything arrived home in good condition.”

Every post office needs people like them. i didnt have a passport appointment last friday, i just went to ask information since it wasnt too far from my house. Troy told me that if i have my documents with me、they will help me since i was already there. I went back home to grab everything i need and when i got back to the post office, they were very extremely helpful, they helped me with a smile. Troy explained to me everything in details. “The USPS post office in Poway is alway super helpful! My Post driver is the man as well always super nice, goes out of his way, and even leaves us Christmas Cards every year! Super pleased with the work they do and how they don’t just do the bare minimum and go out of their way to help out!!”
“I have been here multiple times and it's my preferred post office in the area. Sometimes there is a wait especially at the end of the day as they typically only have 1 or 2 people at the counter. But I have always had good customer service.”

Ricardo was polite, professional, and went out of his way to get my package delivered after I had a very frustrating “missed delivery” process days prior.
