Lastly Josh the delivery guy drops off boxes at the law firm ai work at and is so helpful in putting the boxes where I need them.

“I had a challenging item to pack — a large mobile screen with a long supporting pole — and couldn’t find any nearby shipping store that could handle it, not even the UPS Store. But PostalAnnex at Poway saved the day!
Teri was absolutely awesome! ? She took the time to understand the dimensions and fragility of the item, found the right packing materials, and wrapped it up securely and professionally. She went above and beyond to make sure it was safely packed and ready for shipping. I’ve attached a photo of the final package — solid work!

“Boy, am I happy with Matt Wilkinson Craters/freighters. For the first time since I live in the US, I had to ship several delicate Artworks, original paintings and glass-framed Drawings, to FRANCE where my family lives, and despite some early complications from the Customs, Matt wilkinson directed me to go the simplest way and from there, everything went smoothly. My family did let me know how well and precise the packaging was done. They said every piece of Art was like polished nickel. I will use them again!”

So, the postal place was so nice and caring with others , i just had to give them my business even though it cost a lot to make my box. $ they said $40, i gave them a $50 and said keep the change. I'll go to them from now on.”

Please consider supporting this 1st generation small business over UPS. It looks like they do all sorts of services here as well. They were printing very large colored posters for a protest. “I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine. I too am in customer service and I was shocked to receive such excellent service over a simple print. It's very refreshing to see people with a pleasant smile at their jobs! Great job FedEx office you must be treating your team well! Please give this store and these gentleman my shoutout and words of appreciation! Thank you- I will be back!”
