“I had to come here to return some pants. I couldn't get the label to print even though I use a Scantron so when I came in the store I was a little bit annoyed. The guy that was inside read that immediately it helped me out immediately and we got everything done within 5 minutes. Kudos to that store in Santee right by Vons in the plaza because those guys in there are really good at customer service.”

“The young guy working tonight was friendly had a smile and quickly took care of my packing and shipping needs. Rare is it that customer service is on point even on a Friday evening before closing!! I wish I got his name but whoever was working 8/21 around 5:35 is the best!”

“You guys, customer service and any job interacting with the general public is ROUGH. Even when there’s a long line, the staff here works hard to keep it moving. Always polite and courteous. Robert is the nicest and very professional =) Plenty of parking onsite. This location also has one of those after hours large package drop off bins which I appreciate, especially if I need to drop something off on a Sunday. But if it does get full, it will get jammed. Only happens once in awhile.”

“I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine. I too am in customer service and I was shocked to receive such excellent service over a simple print. It's very refreshing to see people with a pleasant smile at their jobs! Great job FedEx office you must be treating your team well! Please give this store and these gentleman my shoutout and words of appreciation! Thank you- I will be back!”
