While I was standing in line, I witnessed a young man behind the counter interacting with a customer who was very irate and in my opinion being very rude to him and the other staff because they could not return her item that she purchased at another AutoZone. I love the way this staff handled the situation and kept calm. The young man went ahead and assisted her the best possible way without trying to make the situation any more difficult than she was already making it. I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone. The staff is very respectful and very professional. After hearing she was going to come and leave a bad review on this location, I knew I had to come and leave a very positive one for them. Keep up the great work here guys!”
