“Excellent customer service, tellers are friendly and helpful. Ladies on desk side are also very helpful and welcoming. I recommend anyone that is far from the other branches to visit this one. It is located in a very random shopping center and parking can be a little busy but look to park in the left side and there's plenty and wide parking spots. I'll definitely visit again when need to. As I was reading the other reviews, I really don't think that customer service is bad. At least the few times I've called on behalf of my husband and in regards to anything as small as hours of operation and holidays. Every staff that has answer their phone have been extremely helpful and nice. Don't be afraid to call and also they have so many numbers but usually transfer to the branch you're asking for info, for more assistance.”

“One of their bankers, Jennifer was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding beneficially matters. I really appreciated her patience while I was in this branch.She was great!As far as clearing check goes, although my account was out of state, most of checks (including large amount) that I deposited into my account were cleared by the following day and at the longest one, it took 2~3days. I believed that this was because of age of my account. It was over 25 years.Also, even my account has a bit benefit due to this reason, whenever I deposit a check to my account through a teller, I always ask her/him for a funding schedule like how much would be immediately available, and thereafter so that I know exactly how much I can use by when.”

“I had several transaction to take care of for my elderly father, including notary service. It was very busy, I would suggest making an appointment first since they offer that. I didn't know. The banking consultants were so helpful and patient with my father. We needed a Notary service and clarification on options for him. Alexis really went above and beyond to help us and to make sure my father and I understood the best options. She and the branch manager stayed after closing time to complete everything we needed!! Thank you Alexis for all your help. ?Wonderful customer service, which is rare at banks now a days!!”

“I had an excellent experience at Chase Bank – Lakewood. As a foreign visitor with only two days in the U.S., opening a bank account wasn’t easy due to missing documents. However, Mr. Abraham Morales was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, which took over an hour.
