Great place, solid selection of both English and Spanish books, music, and Christian movie / show titles. The prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for a great "Christian Bookstore" - this is a gem.”
“A true classic used bookstore. The closest thing to Acres of Books in the Long Beach/Lakewood area. I always make it a point to stop in when when in the area. Great folks...they have hardbacks, paperbacks, comic books, manga. Last of the true independents IMHO. Worth visiting!”

“This is the most well-stocked metaphysical store i've been to in the LA OC area! Rhapsody is always been welcoming and I always shop here for my metaphysical needs. I went Sage Goddess the other day and she charged $10 for 10 grams of gold copal but I was able to get 2 ounces or 56.699 grams for $3! Her prices are unbeatable and by far the most reasonable and accessible! I will keep shopping here for my metaphysical need”

“We love Chess Palace. This is a place for people that are serious about learning to play chess well. The open play nights are amazing. Players from six to eighty gather for the opportunity to play a lot of games with a lot of different skill levels and learn while having fun. We love this space they've created for chess players.”

“Cool and well taken care of Barnes and noble. This location is at marina pacific and offers a relaxing time inside. Plenty of parking and businesses around plus a connecting Starbucks. Inside, it felt clean and organized. It's two floors and I believe more audio/video stuff is down stairs. I was mostly checking out magazines or historic books haha. Service was friendly and values of things felt fair as I'm sure they have to survive somehow with the support.”

“We recently visited Alabadle store, and were very impressed by the variety of books, CD's, gifts and other items so appropriate and beautiful for the home or gift giving. The customer service lady who was there at the time of our visit was very kind, friendly and helpful with our needs. The store is clean, ample and no one is rushing you to buy anything. We did buy a lovely item and will definitely go back soon, as Christmas is going to be here sooner than we expect, and the gift variety here is truly awesome. “One of my all time favorite places in California (I am aware there are other locations in other states)! They may not always have the exact movie I came in looking for, but ooh, that's a movie I need! This location is probably my favorite. The staff is so super sweet, never had a single issue with a single employee in the store. Now, a word of caution, it's very easy to spend a lot of money in a store such as this place, but not because the prices are high, but because you find so much you want/need.”

“They've got a large selection of comics, books, and imported merch. Great staff and easily navigable. But different than the Cypress location but still great. Good prices for what I picked up.”
