“I had an amazing experience with Adrenaline Rush renting the Polaris Slingshot! The staff was super helpful and made sure I felt completely confident with the vehicle and equipment before heading out on our adventure. I reached out in regards to pricing and got a quick response from Immanuel. This dude was absolutely amazing and gave the absolute best customer service. He answered every question I had was very informative and made the whole process quick and easy as I did make this a last minute decision. I rented their White Huracan for 3 days and was the absolute best thing I’ve ever done so far, car was clean and ready to hit the road and was an absolute blast to drive. If I’m going to rent another exotic car again it will definitely be from peacock once again as their pricing was also great but mainly from how the experience was from the beginning of the process to when returning the car. “The service of Enterprise Car Rental far surpasses their competitors. They do cost more but it is worth it for the quality vehicles and the personalized service. I used a different company recently on a trip and it was a disaster. A national brand that rented a car to me with two nails in one of the tires and when I called Hertz (who also own Dollar and Thrifty) roadside assistance, they told me I should go put a tire on the car because if I bring it back with the nails in it, they would bill me for it. Stay with Enterprise. You are paying for piece of mind.”
“I made my reservation through a third party and had my confirmation, but it was not in the Alamo system. In previous cases where this has happened with other companies they did not honor the reservation/confirmation and forced me to pay the last-minute rack rate for the car. My rep, Imtiaz Khan, honored my reservation and even found a vehicle for a slightly lower price. He was super helpful and friendly! What a great customer service experience.”

I came here with little expectation due to a very unpleasant experience at another branch (1325 W Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena, CA 90247) beforehand, feeling greatly disappointed with Enterprise. However, thanks to the friendly service of Eduardo Paredes, I pleasantly rented a car and regained faith in Enterprise. And the vehicle was very well-maintained, clean, and there was no smell of smoke at all. My husband and I had the BEST experience at this Enterprise location. For our 3.5 week roadtrip along the west coast and its national parks we rented a white Jeep Cherokee hybrid. The car itself was in great condition, which made our trip so comfortable. No problems at all!
What really stands out at this Enterprise location is the superb customer service! The entire experience from the moment we walked in, left with the car until we dropped it off again, was just fantastic. Odette was so nice and efficient. “The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”
