“I love coming to this location, usually when I come it is not crowded and everything is organized. It is easy to shop, and the layout and lighting is like the old Hollister. Employees are nice and have good customer service.”

“I love shopping at Ross. I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, and I didn't have time to shop, but I did pick up a charger for my phone next to the lockers, which are next to the cashiers. There was no one in line to check out so I walked up to the cashier and asked if she was open. She told me the line starts over there and had me go all the way around. By then, someone had gotten in line to check out, so I had to wait when I was in a hurry to pick up my granddaughter from school. She could have easily checked me out since no one was in Iine when I asked her. I know where the line starts, but if no one is in line, why do I have to go all the way around instead just getting check out? There wasn't even any customers checking out. rediculous!”
