In less than 15 minutes I was leaving the store with my necklace repaired. I would recommend th8s stop to anyone needing their jewlery repaired.”

But, when I read the reviews of the other place, someone gave a horrible review and in their review they said they found a much better place in the same mall, which was Craftsman Jewelers. They highly recommend Craftsman. So, I went there to have my watch battery replaced. OMG, from the time I walked in, I was greeted so nicely. The women asked if I was looking for anything specific or wanted to look around. I told her I needed a watch battery. So, she had a jeweler come assist me. He replaced my battery in no time, reset my watch, and asked if I needed anything else. The price was great and it came with a 2 year warranty. Do yourself a favor when jewelry shopping or need jewelry repaired, visit Craftsman in Lakewood mall.”
